It is furnished with a full kitchen, linens, towels, beach towels. It is close to airport, incoming planes can be audible, airport is closed from 12-6. The home has triple pane windows and air conditioning.Free wi- fi.The home is comfy, casual, classy and convenient. Its within walking distance to the epicenter of the hottest, most popular restaurants and bars in all of San Diego.Or if you want to stay in and create your own elegant dining experience, there is fun china, hand blown margarita glasses and colorful cloth napkins along with any cooking utensil you could want. Turn on the automatic fireplace with a click, for warmth and ambience. Theres a propane bbq on the outdoor patio, with table and chairs and lovely fountain. Or sit on the front porch railing and watch the sunset over the San Diego bay. This house is centrally located to restaurants, museums, airport, park, marina, great restaurants, downtown. It is about 10-15 minutes to Coronado or mission beach. It is three blocks away from interstate 5. San Diego is a hard city to not have a car in but this location would offer a lot even without a car. No walk is very long except for the beach. The Gaslamp and ballpark are about a mile and a half away. The Horton plaza mall is about a mile away with movie theaters there. A walk through Balboa Park puts the zoo and the museums about a mile and a half away.The bay and embarcadero are less than a mile away. There is a city bike sharing program in which you can rent bikes with a credit card and drop them off at many convenient locations. The bike kiosk is just 3 blocks from the house at the corner of hawthorn and 4 th ave.
