All of the Southern Comforts in my newly renovated 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath in the center of historic Midtown Memphis. This home is located within walking distance of both Overton Square theater district and Cooper Young entertainment district.
Upon arrival, expect a glimpse of hometown comforts including locally made coffee, Memphis style Bar-B-Que rub, and a guide book to assist in introducing you to the must see spots of the Bluff City. A party of up to 5 guests will feel at home in the two upstairs bedrooms and the sofa in the living space below.

Precious townhome in a great location!
This townhouse was perfect!! It is spacious, clean, and updated! Check in was easy, David was friendly and accessible. And you can’t beat the location! We will definitely stay here again!

The townhouse is close to many restaurants. We enjoyed the Cafe Ole especially. There is a Kroger a short drive away, too. The home was clean, well maintained and in a safe location. The fenced in yard was large enough for our dog to get exercise.
We took Lyft taxi to the concert off of Beale St. and it was just 4 miles away from the home. We tried to visit the zoo. Be sure to get there when they open because parking was packed and full when we tried to go.
The home had just about everything we needed for our stay. It was really exceptional. The outdoor propane grill was nearly new and clean. I would only add a few mixing bowls to the kitchen. The largest bowl was the cereal size but we made do! The television reception was good and that was appreciated by my husband to see the March Madness coverage. I couldn't get the WIFI to work except for one day during our stay. None of our 'devices' could find the network. No big deal.
The beds were very comfortable even for two seniors with back problems. We appreciated the extra towels, toiletries and snacks left for us.
The other side of the duplex was rented the whole time we were there. We didn't hear any noise or have any problems.
One other guest mentioned the carpeting on the stairs and we also noticed that the little nails in the tack strips are coming through the stair carpeting. I made sure to wear my slippers.

Absolutely wonderful!
We stayed at this property for 2 weeks. It was absolutely perfect for our family's needs. Finding a dog-friendly place is difficult enough, but finding one in such a GREAT location was phenomenal. You are merely BLOCKS away from restaurants and entertainment. The owner was super flexible as we ended up needing to extend our stay - that was not a problem at all. Our dog somehow managed to lock us out while we ran an errand down the street and the owner came very promptly to let us in. We chatted a bit while he saved us, and he was just super nice and understanding and even texted me after check out that we had left a baby item at his place. I would DEFINITELY recommend this property to anyone staying in Memphis.
Multiple visits
This was our third time staying at the townhouse because it’s the perfect location for anything we want to do. There were visitors in the townhouse next door this time, and there was never any problem with noise or parking. Looking forward to staying again!

Great location and very easy check in/check out procedure. David was very easy to work with and kindly accommodated a change in our travel plans and reservation a few weeks before our arrival. He also left us some snacks, drinks, coffee and yummy BBQ sauce from Memphis which was a very nice touch. The area is quiet (although the unit can be noisy if the next door renters have parties/guests which was the case for us one night) and perfectly located near Midtown restaurants and shopping and a short distance to downtown. The unit was very clean and welcoming. We traveled with our two young children and my only complaint would be the very old carpet which is heavily rippled upstairs and easy to trip on as well as so thin on the staircase that we all got poked by the tacking nails underneath and had to carefully walk up and down the stairs each time hoping not to step on the hidden nails. Overall, I would highly recommend this rental and we hope to stay here again on our next trip to Memphis.
Perfect Memphis get away
The condo was extremely comfortable! It was updated and so clean. We appreciated the extra touches of Memphis related coffee and drinks. Nice neighborhood! It will be our place to go when we go back to Memphis!
