This Stunning Wine Country Life Vacation Home is the best destination in Healdsburg for extended families attending weddings, on summer or spring vacations, or for groups of adults on holiday to cycle or taste wines. Designed as a family compound on a gated estate by the shore of the Russian River, it offers unmatched privacy along with a hot tub, fire pit, bocce ball court, horse shoe pit, basketball hoop, fully equipped exercise room, and seasonal use of an in-ground pool and lawn for badminton/volleyball. The compound consists of 3 homes and over 5300 square feet, 8 bedrooms, 9.5 bathrooms, and accommodates 12 guests. Pick any combination of 5 bedrooms to make yourselves comfortable. Each has its own bathroom! The estate is one of the oldest and most elegant in Healdsburg, located 1.83 miles or 5 min. from Healdsburg Plaza. Minimum age to reserve is 33. Permit ZPE12-0027

Queen Anne House has 3BR/4BA. A full gourmet kitchen with island, granite counters and dining area for eight adjoins a full patio with plenty of al fresco dining available, gas grill, and firepit off the patio. Formal inside dining and formal living room with hardwood floors is set in between kitchen and master bedroom.

"The Coop" is a 2BR/2BA with queen beds in each, kitchenette and small living area.

"The Oak Tree House" is a 3BR/3BA with full kitchen and bathroom and living room, deck seating off the kitchen and small terrace off one of the bedrooms. The master also has an ADA bathroom and there is a ramp entrance way to the home.

Fountains, gardens, and hot tub adorn the property, paved driveway and beautiful decking for views of the Russian River.

Third trip to this Healdsburg property did not disappoint. The place is absolutely stunning and delivers on numerous levels. Great place for a group of friends or 2/3 small families. Three separate beautiful homes (one master). Numerous bathrooms. All of the extras: swimming pool horse shoes bocci ball volleyball badminton ping pong hot tub All in Great condition!!!!!! You can't go wrong with this place! FIVE STARS! Pam the property contact is a TOP SHELF communicator! Cheers!

Amazing wedding week
We stayed at the property with our family for one week surrounding our wedding weekend. It was simply a spectacular property - provided great areas for everyone to play and relax, from grandkids to grandparents. The houses and grounds are very well kept and clean. The house is better equipped than any rental property we've every stayed at, and clearly labeled to be able to easily find (and put away) everything. Kitchens made cooking large meals a breeze. The only real negative is that you never want to leave and visit the rest of beautiful Healdsburg and Sonoma county.l

A family paradise
This property was perfect for our family's visit to Healdsburg for my daughter's wedding at a local winery. The newlyweds perched in the Oak Tree House, three 30-somethings nested in the Coop and then we stayed in the Queen Anne with our oldest and their teen kiddos. Lovely family BBQs, so many games, gorgeous sunsets over the Russian River. And endless stars and owls hooting at night. Absolutely one of the highlights of our already morable weekend.

Amazing property
We’ve rented many homes over the years and this is absolutely the best ever. It feels more like a private home than a rental with attention to detail and quality finishes. The kitchen is fantastic. The yard is an active family’s dream come true. We had a wonderful time!

Fantastic stay
We couldn’t have been happier. Everything was perfect. The kids had fun playing games like bocci and frisbee, and the adults loved picking fruit off the trees and relaxing. Really the perfect stay.
