Sleep soundly in the luxurious memory foam queen bed or on the comfortable queen pull out sofa in the living area. Cook in the fully stocked kitchen and enjoy a quiet meal in the lovely dining area. DirectTV, HDTV and wireless internet are provided, as well as a work space, in case you have work that can't wait. The comfortable, relaxing and beautiful private outdoor space is a great place to have a quiet cup of coffee or relax with a margarita!

Aptly named Casa Comienzo, this space has been and thoughtfully renovated and is the perfect spot to begin your stay in Santa Fe. An evaporative cooler and ceiling fans keep the space cool and inviting for the warmer months. Plenty of lighting is provided, all on dimmers to suit your mood. Remote controlled bedside lights can be set to white for reading or to any color of the rainbow. Stained concrete floors, veneer plaster walls, brand new tile in the kitchen and bath, glass shower door and many custom upgrades are just a few of the things you can expect to enjoy at Casa Comienzo. There is even secure outdoor storage for bikes, climbing gear, and ski equipment.

My husband and I have long had a dream of having a rental here in Santa Fe! What a pleasure to be able to offer it to you! We have lived in this beautiful area for over 15 years and just love it. Whenever the opportunity to move has presented itself, we just can't tear ourselves away from this precious community.

This is a locally owned, family operation. We manage and clean this property ourselves and are thorough with the details. Our intention is to provide a property that has all of the amenities and comforts that you could need or want to have a fabulous time while staying in this amazing place.

This property is perfectly located in Santa Fe. It really is in the heart of Santa Fe. You can walk to the Railyard District, the Plaza, shopping, restaurants, and galleries. It is even "stumbling distance" from Santa Fe's famous margarita hot spot and restaurant, Maria's. Groceries, cafes, pharmacy and all of the necessities are located within walking distance. A short drive takes you to the mountains to enjoy hiking, camping, mountain biking, skiing and more.

That's not all. This property is private, quiet, comfortable and full of upgrades for you to enjoy. We think it is the best vacation rental in town! :)

Comfortable and stylish

We had a wonderful weekend in Santa Fe, made better by this well equipped, comfortable, clean property. It is a leisurely 30 minute walk to the Plaza or Canyon Road and minutes from the Railyard. Kim was great and answered any questions we had immediately. I cannot find any downside to this property. It was also nice to have some off-street parking as were on motorcycles. If you ride, take the time to check out the scenic road to Taos!

Santa Fe Gem

This apartment was in a great location--easy access to all the sights and sounds of Santa Fe, but in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment was roomy for the two of us and nicely decorated. Attention was paid to all the details that made for a very comfortable stay. All the appliances worked well, including the heater and the water heater. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a nice, affordable place to stay in Santa Fe.

Great place to make memories.

I'm the one that planned the getaway for that weekend and I'm just starting at a new relationship this cemented the relationship into what's going to be a long-lasting relationship she thought the place was perfect we're saving the info for the condo I know we will be back there again.
