Private back yard with deck and BBG Grill (plenty of lobster pots) Incredible front porch with views of the Banisters Warf. 1 Mile to the the beaches and Newport Mansions.

Great Stay!
My family had a wonderful stay here! The place was very clean and modern and the kitchen was huge! Big nice backyard too. And super close and convenient location! We had a great time!

Excellent Walkable Home
Our group had a fantastic stay at this property! We wanted something close to the shops and restaurants in the area and this was perfect. We walked to several different destinations and even a walk to the cliff walk entrance was very easy. The house was comfortable for our party of 7, would easily sleep up to 9 adults. I loved that there was a big island in the kitchen and a half bath downstairs. The full bath upstairs has plenty of space for getting ready with lots of counter room. The host was very responsive and the house was clean! Check in was a breeze. Would love to stay here again on a future trip.

Amazing Newport location
We chose this listing because of its proximity to Newport’s best shops and restaurants, all within walking distance. This house’s location is incredible. The kitchen was spacious with plenty of room to prep food on the island and plenty of table seating with ample natural lighting. Beds were comfortable. The house supplied everything you’d expect in a rental.
