Spacious family friendly gulf and sound views from balconies

Spacious 3 bedroom condo on the tenth floor (west corner) at the Pearl of Navarre Beach.
The gulf-front king size master suite opens to your own private, tiled balcony and includes large walk in closet, bath with whirlpool, separate walk in shower, two vanity areas, flat screen TV/DVD and ceiling fan.

Free wireless internet in unit.

Second master bedroom is at the opposite end of the unit also has king size bed, whirlpool/shower combination, TV/DVD, stereo, ceiling fan and own private balcony with panoramic water views and mainland views.

Third bedroom has side by side queen beds, small flat screen / TV/DVD/VCR and ceiling fan.

Living room has sofa, loveseat with electric recliner, ceiling fan, flat screen TV/DVD and stereo. Window treatments off black-out privacy for sleeping. The large dining area easily accommodates eight people with additional seats at the breakfast bar. It has a wet bar opposite the dining room with mini fridge.

Kitchen is well equipped with granite tops, garbage disposal. Coffee bar and corner table/chairs with views of the gulf and sound side. There is also a full size washer/dryer located in the separate laundry area off the kitchen.

Along the gulf beach are walking/biking paths. Bike, jet ski and boat rental nearby are within walking distance. The island has several restaurants. Shopping, movies, wide variety of restaurants can be enjoyed either in Navarre or in nearby Pensacola, Destin or Fort Walton (approx 30 minute drive from Navarre).

There is a 3% up charge for debit/credit card ach payments. Rates include tax and cleaning fee.

Perfect Place to Stay !
Navarre area is a hidden gem, away from the business of the larger cities nearby. First time staying at The Pearl & we are looking at booking for next year already. Perfect spot for our family group .

We LOVE Navarre
This is our 4th year in Navarre and our 2nd time at The Pearl. Our room was as described and had everything we needed to accommodate our family of 6. It has plenty of space and we love the views from the corner unit! The elevators were quick and the pool wasn’t overcrowded. The hot tub was a nice place to relax after dinner. The beach and water are absolutely beautiful and not as crowded as some other Gulf locations.

Navarre has beautiful beaches and sound but is without much of the congestion that can be found in areas farther east. Directly west is the Gulf Island National Seashore which is a undeveloped area of beautiful beaches and dunes.
