This generously sized 2BR 2 BA condo with 745sf includes a tub in the en-suite bath and the Master Bedroom can be set up with either a king bed or two twins. Two reserved parking stalls are very close to the unit. We are on the second floor in the back of building 2 so you can enjoy the breeze off the mountain and a quiet night's sleep. There is a wonderful grass area below to hose off the beach gear and feet and for kids to play. We have tried to think of everything to make your stay here hassle-free so you can enjoy your vacation. 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella and 4 boogie boards. Both beach and bath towels are here for your use. Kitchen has all you need to make meals at home as well as BBQ utensils to use at the gas grills by the pool.

There is construction in the lot next door which may include noise during Mon-Fri 7am -6pm, Sat 9am-5:30pm. This can include back up beeps on equipment and other construction activity. If it's too loud, you can shut the windows/sliding glass door and turn on the fans and/or AC. Our experience of disruption was minimal while on island. We are gone most of the day anyway and it was a minor distraction in the morning while we got ready for our day, even with the windows open.
