Pinnacle Port is a gated community with its own boat ramp and boat docks leading out to pristine Lake Powell (the State of Florida's largest coastal dune lake), bocce ball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, grills on each end of the property and two pools. Pinnacle Port is a short distance to dining and shopping on 30A and at Pier Park. At Pinnacle Port, you have the best of both worlds. Conveniently located 2.4 miles (4 minute drive) from 30A, yet still 8 miles (14 minute drive) to Pier Park! Why pay higher 30A prices when you can stay with us for a fraction of the cost and still enjoy everything the beaches have to offer!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a good unit. Very bare minimum. No paper towels. If you are looking for a comfortable place to lay your head this is the place for you. If you are looking for something to make you feel more at home then keep looking. We are used to renting units at pinnacle port that has the basic necessities such as paper towel as well as smallThings like board games, comfy blankets, etc. to make you feel more at home. I would choose Bre minimum in the c3 building above may other building on the property any day though. The views from the C3 Building units cannot be beaten. Check in and check out super smooth process.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were there the last week of August,2023. Condo was clean and any issues were taken care of by management the same day. Our coffeepot broke and a new one was delivered that day. The balcony faced the beach which was absolutely stunning. I would defiantly rent there again.
