You will love this beautiful renovated 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 3rd floor
condo with incredible inter-coastal
views, just steps across the street to the beautiful white sands and
warm waters of the Gulf of
Mexico. Watch the boats and dolphins go by or just enjoy the water
views from the 22' waterfront
balcony that fronts both living room and master bedroom. The full
size kitchen is open to the
living area and the beautiful water view. The complex is waterfront
with docks perfect for fishing
or enjoying the sun. The clean, fenced pool area is perfect for
lounging or a refreshing swim. There
is a covered parking space assigned for your car and plenty of space
for visitors.
This condo is comfortable and very clean. It is fully
furnished and has fully equipped new renovated kitchen with ice maker. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and double and a pull out twin bed in the 2nd bedroom. Queen air
mattress is available for extra guests. There is TV in both family
room and master bedroom. Cable, free WiFi Internet, DVD player are provided. Sleeps 6 total if air mattress is used.
Bay Shore Yacht and Tennis Club is a quiet and well maintained

Great stay
Super clean condo. It was exactly as described. Kitchen very well equipped with everything you need. Beach cart, chairs, and umbrella were nice to have. Close walk to beautiful beach and pool area was nice. Overall great stay!

Great vacation spot!
We were very pleased with the condo and all the "extras". The owners made our experience, from check in to check out, very simple. We were comfortable in our unit, the location was not too crowed and we felt safe allowing our teens to explore.

Couldn’t ask for anything better!
What a beautiful condo with all the amenities. Wether your eating out or grilling and dining at the poolside bar area this place has it all. Our condo was perfect and maintained to perfection. The beach area was exceptional it’s close and easily accessed. We will definitely be back!

We live in Tampa FL. I am a Software Engineer working for Veterans Affairs and my husband Tim is a retired AF currently working for NASA. We have two beautiful daughters whom we proud of. Tiffany is married working for Homeland Security and Nicole is studying to be a Physical Therapist.

Why they chose this property

We loved this property because of the location and the ample parking spaces. We were looking for a condo looking at the intercostal side but yet have very close proximity to the beach. Also we did not want the building to run like a hotel, rather have the feeling of vacation home. Since the majority of the owners live in the building year around, they make sure that the HOA does their job to keep the building well kept. We renovated the condo completely in 2012. Our renters always fall in love with the condo and its cleanliness and 90% of them are returning renters.
Our expectation from our renters is to take care of the condo as it was their own while they stay so that we all can enjoy it years to come.

What makes this property unique

Cross the street from the beach access. Well maintained, comfortable, and fully equipped condo. Plenty of beach chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler, beach cart are provided. Covered parking space. Beautiful intercostal view.
