Thanks to all our guests for choosing Beach Mist. Summer 2024 is completely booked. Enjoy a fantastic Ocean City vacation at Beach Mist. Beach Mist is a comfortable, spacious end unit, three level, ocean block townhouse in quiet residential North Ocean City, 140th street. All new tile bathrooms were installed in 2021. First floor: new large kitchen, granite counter tops, eight person dining room table, three additional seats at counter, comfortable living room, half bath (sink and toilet) 55 inch flat panel Samsung wall mounted TV, blue ray player, cable, private deck with table for six and two sitting chairs.
Second floor: master bedroom with one queen bed and one twin bed, private full bath,
private balcony, wall mounted flat screen TV, second bedroom: two bunk beds(doubles on bottom, singles on top), bathroom with shower
Third floor: master bedroom with king bed, sofa. private full bath, private balcony, wall mounted flat screen TV.
Smart Lock keyless entry
Two assigned under building parking spaces
Street level storage shed.
Owner does not provide linen, towels or beach equipment.

Good property
This place was the perfect location for me and my family. We usually stay at the Avalon right next door, but needed just a little more space. The layout was great and each bedroom had ample privacy. The space could have been a little cleaner, but overall was fine. Our biggest issue was that the AC would not go below 72 and we felt hot most of our stay there. However, we enjoyed the stay and would recommend if you don't mind a slightly warmer home in the summer.

Beautiful place, perfect location
Beautiful townhome very short walk to the beach. Covered parking, soft beds, ease of communication with hosts, clean, loved having multiple balconies, close to grocery store. Would love to stay there again!

Its spacious and a two minute walk to the sand. The neighborhood is excellent. We have always felt our children are safe in our Ocean City Community.

Beach Mist is a very comfortable townhouse that is located just steps to the family friendly beach. You can walk to restaurants, movie theater, miniature golf, grocery stores, churches, synagogue and shopping.
