Comfortable and spacious 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condominium unit w/ expansive decking overlooking the entire first fairway of the Arnold Palmer designed Legend Golf Course at Shanty Creek Resorts. Short walk to all the amenities at Summit Village, including the main Lakeview Hotel and restaurant, Timberline shops, pools, playground, and The Legend and Summit pro shop.

This unit features two master suites with king bed in each bedroom, Jacuzzi tub in both bathrooms, full kitchen, family living area and in-unit laundry. Well designed to accommodate two couples, or families with up to a total of 8 occupants.

All guests are welcome to use the adjacent outdoor pool, the private beach club on Lake Bellaire (2 mile drive), or the indoor pool at The Lakeview Hotel. At Shanty Creek Resorts you have your choice of 5 championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center and multiple dining options.,

Shanty Creek is 2 miles from downtown Bellaire and Short’s Brewery, 15 minutes to Torch Lake, 45 - 50 minutes to Traverse City, Charlevoix, Petoskey or Gaylord. In the heart of The Chain of Lakes, Shanty Creek is centrally located to take in so many great destinations in northern Michigan!

Lovely Condo
We enjoyed our short stay at the condo. The owner was excellent to deal with. The condo had everything we needed. It has a beautiful view, and the outdoor veranda was lovely. The rocking chairs were a nice touch. I would stay again.

The Lee family lives down state and are original owners of this condo, which was constructed in 1998. We are avid golfers, skiers and general outdoor enthusiasts, taking advantage of all 4 seasons at Shanty Creek Resorts.

Why they chose this property

Our family has been big fans of Shanty Creek and northern Michigan since we first visited in the early 1990's. Even today we seem to find new adventures each time we are Up North. Shanty Creek is such a convenient central location for day trips to Traverse City or the Sleeping Bear Dunes area, Petoskey and Harbor Springs, Mackinaw Island, the Jordan River Valley, or all locations in between. Whether we are here in summer, fall or winter, the resort has so much to offer. And we never tire of that awesome view off of the back deck.
