What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is bright and spacious with a open, modern concept. There is a stunning European style kitchen with hand-made maple bar. There is a temperature controlled wine cellar and a wine bar adjacent to the dining area. The living room is open to the kitchen and dining areas and provides a comfortable space to relax, entertain, watch TV or just enjoy the view. Both bedrooms are large with water views as well. The master bedroom has a large ensuite bathroom.

Highlight of my travels

This place was a dream come true! I honestly couldn't have asked for better. I stayed here for eleven weeks at the end of 2017 and it exceeded my expectations in every way. Esperanza and Jim were great hosts and left us to enjoy their amazing apartment (though they live elsewhere in the building and are available if needed). Location is great just across from the Science World and just around the corner from a Skytrain stop. Apparently some people are bothered by the noise of the Skytrain passing but it was a complete non-issue for us. As a person who loves living in major cities l enjoy the soundtrack that comes with urban living. Vancouver is a beautiful city and this is the ideal apartment from which to enjoy it. Highly recommended.

Fantastic place!

The apartment is as good as it look in the pictures with full amenities and lovely furnishings including a fireplace! Jim and Esperanza were lovely hosts and very quick to sort out any issues. The location is great with a Skytrain station and main road just outside though this may affect light sleepers. There is also a barbeque, pool and gym to make use of which is great after a day of sightseeing!

Great Location! Great View!

Just finished our stay here. It was myself, wife and 2 kids (6 months and 3 yrs old) and was a great spot to enjoy morning walks along Science World and False Creek area. So close to anything you need!!! Great pool, hot tub and gym set-up. The owners were very easy to communicate with and responded well with any questions or inquiries we had. A couple of things to note for anybody contemplating this place as a stay: 1) It is a beautiful suite with a lot of natural light, but it did make it difficult for a shift worker to sleep 2) If you would like to stay here, there is a lot of ambient noise (ie. skytrain, traffic, ambulance, concerts etc). It did not become background noise for myself, but my wife said it was fine for her. To each their own. This is only meant to be informative for future renters. With that being said 5 Star Stay!!!

Life and Sounds of the City

If the sounds of the city give you energy, this is the place for you! The train station is one building away and the train runs on its elevated tracks below you and around the building next door. Across the busy street, the energy of Science World and their indoor and outdoor displays and events fill the air. One afternoon we had several hours of a concert from street musicians on the sea wall--a four piece marimba band. We enjoy walking and the sea wall leads everywhere -- to Olympic Village to Granville Island to the sports arenas and Yaletown. The water taxi stop is visible from your windows and can take you almost to English Bay. The train is four stops from Canada Place and the waterfront. The apartment has everything you will need to cook, enjoy a glass of wine on the patio, and grill some fresh BC salmon. Very well arranged, clean, and crisp with very kind and responsive owners who live in the building. Our only issue was that we did not know they would be working on repainting and cleaning the outside of the building during our stay. Hopefully, that will be completed soon and the place will be 100% enjoyable. August 2016

My 6 month stay

I totally enjoyed staying at this fantastic condo like apartment for the last 6 months. A recently remodeled 2 bedrooms, large very well appointed kitchen, dining area and living room, all with a superb view and located within a 2 minute walk to the Skytrain station which will bring you to Vancouver's downtown within 8 to 10 minutes. Everything there is of top interior design quality with a great balcony with BBQ. The best hosts you can wish for, great discussions that I miss already. I will come back and won't hesitate to recommend it to my business partners and friends. You will enjoy this place. Best
