Modern Clean Open Concept house with everything that you need. Your home away from home.

House is a 3 bedroom/2.5 bath. Master bedroom downstairs with it's own modern bathroom shower. No stairs! 2nd and 3rd bedroom upstairs with a king bed in one and 2 twins in the other plus a good sized full bathroom upstairs. Master bathroom plus the 1/2 bath downstairs.

Attached Single Front house with a totally separated guest house attached in the back.

The entire house with full kitchen, open living room and dinning room. Surrounded by attached single homes and stand along single homes. Downtown HB can be loud during special events (July 4th weekend, US Open for surf, Softball tournament, New Years, etc…). During special events very active and happening area.

High speed internet, TV, towels, coffee, hair dryer, 2 beach bikes, 1 hybrid + 1 mountain bike for teenager, body boards, beach chairs and umbrella provided. Plenty of sand toys, buckets and shovels for the kids to play with!
Best Location and Remodel! Walk a block or 2 blocks to everything, no need to drive or deal with the hassel of parking ever.

HUNTINGTON BEACH - close to every major visitor attraction in Southern California. Ranked the Top Ten Safest Cities by City Crime. Learn to surf and enjoy an evening beach bonfire. Enjoy a night out dancing and walk 1 or 2 blocks home. Long bike rides on our 15-mile-long, ocean view, bike path from Newport to Seal Beach.

Stinky But Great Location
My two sisters and I were visiting family for a long weekend and chose this VRBO due to the bedrooms and location. We really wanted to love this place due to the great location to stores, restaurants and beach but the living room & kitchen smelled like cat urine. Could have been the couch but the entire place seemed dirty and unswept. One of the bathrooms had a small pile of dirt or bug killer in a corner. By the end of our stay we couldn't leave fast enough.

The location of this place was perfect! Close to beach, restaurants, etc. The bikes and beach equipment were great to have available for use! Host was quick to respond and helpful.

Great Location to all the great things about Huntington Beach
This property served all our functional needs--everything was working well (kitchen, washer/dryer, bathrooms). Furthermore, the property put us in a prime spot only blocks away from PCH and the beach as well as only a few blocks from Main Street and the Pier. You can't beat how close the location puts you to everything. A couple of heads up: there is no A/C--which might not be surprising so close to the ocean and its cooling breezes. (And this is a clear description in the listing before we booked--so no complaints from us. We came in with eyes wide open.) The unexpected challenge with this set up, however, is that in order to cool the Master Bedroom, you have to leave a sliding glass door open thru the night--exacerbated by the door being on the front of house exposed to the sidewalk and street. This didn't feel safe, but feeling stuffy is even more frustrating for the amount you pay to rent the place. Like beach houses sometimes are, this place isn't exactly a luxury stay. Everything's dated and, strangely, you have to press a button in the master bedroom to get hot water working for that bathroom and the kitchen thru a recirculator. It's not hard work to hit the button, just strange. It's kind of a symbol of the place. Lastly, while not the owner's fault, the neighborhood has a college age, up-all-night, yelling-in-the-street vibe, too. So, if you're a family, be mindful of this as the things that are shouted aren't often edifying to children or to your own sleep.

A True Vacation Oasis without the stress of driving! Walk 1-2 blocks to all the Restaurants/Bars and Beach! Sip a cocktail and enjoy the Ocean breeze in the 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath front house with BBQ grilling. NO Crowd or Parking stress!! Hop and skip to the Pier if you want more excitement.
