Beautiful one bedroom condo in a quiet building one block from the ocean and Heisler Park. This condo is less than a two minute walk to the ocean. There is an amazing park across the street and you can walk to downtown Laguna Beach in less than ten minutes. There are all sorts of bars, restaurants and shops surrounding the neighborhood. The perfect escape for one or two people looking to have a relaxing and peaceful getaway in front of the ocean. Newly remodeled kitchen, flooring and bedroom.

Great location!
This was our second stay here and we love the location! It's a short walk to Laguna Beach and Heisler Park, where we watched the sun go down many nights. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops close by and 2 grocery stores, all within walking distance. We took advantage of the many hiking trails in the area too. The views are incredible! Jeff was always very prompt in replying with any questions we had. We'll stay here again! Thanks Jeff!

Highlights of Location: Really can't be beat! 1/2 block to trolley car and bus stop Two very short blocks to Heisler Park and beach Safe-I rented this cozy condo for two months, and never had a problem Very high walk score-95--I only moved my car 2-3x a week to drive to the GYM In walking distance to the wonderful art museums, restaurants and other attractions Highlights of the condo: Small but very spacious Gourmet kitchen remodeled (in completion stage) all new 2-ceiling fans Great evening view for watching sun set from bedroom Highlights of Host: Can't emphasize his professionalism-easy to contact and work with Security deposit refunded efficiently Concerns: Condo located just above PCH (Pacific Cost Highway) high noise level-host can't control Some noise from garage being opened by other residences-again, host can't control Highly recommended as I would return

Simply put, there is no better location for this price. You are one block from the ocean and one of the nicest beaches in Laguna.

What makes this property unique

1:20 second walk to beach. Access to all of Laguna's best bars and restaurants. No need for a car! I am also on flexible with price depending on length of stay and if you want to come back again in the future :)
