Located on a corner lot right across the street from the clubhouse and pools, Arches has one of the best locations in the village! Step inside to find a large central living space combining the bright and clean living room, dining room, and kitchen. Easily be together while cooking, watching a game, or just visiting with one another without feeling cramped. A favorite feature of this home is it's covered patio where you can relax, read a book, and enjoy the one-of-a-kind serene red mountain views. We highly recommend enjoying a sunrise or sunset from the cozy patio. Other features include a gas fireplace, stocked kitchen (appliances & utensils), 3 comfortable bedrooms, an Xbox, and more entertainment! Perfect accommodations for families, small groups, sports teams and other events in southern Utah.

Disappointed and unprofessional response
Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We walked into our house a few weeks ago and the fridge panel was broken, tray was broken and after going to use one of the knives, found that it was broken in a way that could have sliced someone’s finger or hand badly. I took pictures and submitted them over to your company and got an acknowledgement that they were received and then complete silence. This is very disappointing. I have been renting from your company in Paradise Village for over a decade and never had issues like this let alone the poor customer service to remedy the problem. I had talked this place up to others & they shared the house with us, only to be disappointed as well in the quality of the home for the cost. That stuff wouldn’t fly at any hotel or other rental property. I would strongly like you to consider refunding a portion of our rental for everything we dealt with.

It had everything we needed for our 8 day stay (although coffee filters would have been nice) and everything was in good working order! We loved the red rocks view out the kitchen windows and from the patio! There was a little road noise in the mornings, but it wasn't too bad. Having the pool and work out room right across the street was awesome! Highly recommend!
