Three House Compound On The Water With 9 Bedrooms 6 Baths

La Ventana is a rare three home, beautifully landscaped 2 acre family compound located on the water of Aransas Bay. The property is situated between Rockport and Fulton next to Key Allegro on historic Fulton Beach Road. Tie your boat up or have your guide pick you up right at your back door off the 320' pier. Or simply lay back on one of the hammocks and watch the ships pass by.

Hungry? Well, the beach house is built for cooking and entertaining with "hospitality" as the main theme, complete with modern appliances and a second utility kitchen called the "Back" kitchen. If you don't feel like cooking, Belino's Italian is right across the street for carry out or dine in.

The compound has three houses. The beach with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The loft, 2 bedrooms and one bath. The fish camp has three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms

Enjoy the shade of the Live Oaks or sitting by the fire pit this is one of the most unique properties of the area.

Owners reserve the right for cancellation of rental, at their discretion, with a full refund prior to rental date. Any cancellation that takes place during rental, due to fraudulent or criminal activity by renters, will include no refund.

La Ventana is located between the towns of Rockport and Fulton within walking distance of downtown Fulton, the Fulton Mansion and numerous restaurants bars and shopping.

Rockport downtown is 5 minutes from the compound and offers clothing, antique, sea shell shops and numerous art galleries.

The Marina, shrimp boat "Turning Basin" are a short walk away.

Rockport and Fulton are both park and walk destinations enjoying everything from boats to shops to fine dinning!

Golf carts are OK on the roadways here, so plan on bringing yours or renting locally! From paddle boards to jet ski rental to an evening cocktail cruise, this area offers it!

To maintain the quality and integrity of the property we do not just accept inquiries straight off the VRBO site. We require our potential guest to supply us with some basic background information before agreeing to grant them use of our property. In addition I like to visit with potential guest to describe the property and to better understand them and their needs. You will be asked to provide you employment status and employer as well as whether you rent or own your home. In both cases we require potential guest to have either homeowners or a renter policy.

Special events will NOT be made available at the posted nightly rate. The fee will be negotiated and based on a number of factors including but not limited to the size of the event, parking requirements etc. Additionally, our policy is to either provide the catering or to provide our manager and a helper for the event. This policy insures a successful event by providing on site direction as to meals, flowers, seating etc. As well as simple cleaning and wait services.

This is a "Fully" stocked property from fine linens to a completely equipped kitchen. You will not have to search for a wine opener or other utensils. Fine cookware, flatware, glass ware and appliance are here for your use. It is always such a bad experience to book a property only to find you have 2 forks, a pan and a plate. We have gone over board making sure that you will have all needed to make your trip as enjoyable as possible.

Owners reserve right to cancel reservations, at any time, refunds will be re-issued at management discretion.

Most of the items found on the property have been purchased locally and if your interested we can direct you to the stores where items were purchased.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
