Amelia Island. Enjoying an oceanfront vacation watching the sunrise
from your living room or patio in this beautifully decorated ground
floor condo. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features a fully equipped updated
kitchen including quartz countertops cookware and dinnerware. King bed in master suite,
2 queens in guest room, bathroom adjacent to each bedroom. Free
tennis on 4-clay surface courts with free lighting, 2 sparkling
beach side pools each and shaded bike and walking path.
Golf is nearby. Oceanfront covered private patio, 2 cable tv's,
fully equipped updated kitchen including quartz countertops, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice maker, full size washer and dryer. Linens provided. Absolutely no pets
allowed. This is strictly a non-smoking unit.

Light, location and layout
Great spot and host. Unit needs some updating and a good deep clean but the view, easy pool and beach access, light filled rooms made up for those needs.

Great property in a wonderful location. Has everything you could possibly need for a short or long stay. Comfortable beds and spacious condo. Communication with host was simple. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Excellent stay!!
What can I/we say: we’ve been visiting Amelia, 12/25/23 to 01/02 24, for the last 16 years staying on the plantation condo properties. This year we decided to try a different locale. We enjoyed Cynthia’s property for all the usual noted reasons ( owner pleasant to work with, clean, convenient location, quiet, overall comfortable) so much so we’ve reserved it for our next 12/24to 01/25 visit.

ASRC never disappoints!
Thw Amelia Surf and Racquet Club is my absolute favorite place to stay on the island. The property is right on the beach with easy access, the pool is perfect, the grounds are always kept near and clean, and this stay we actually saw some wildlife! Turtles and a rabbit. This unit was HUGE and very easy to navigate. It was clean and loved that it was on the first floor as we have a newborn with all of its accessories. The beds were comfortable, the living area/eating area a great size. I would definitely recommend this condo!
