Overall, a good property. Excellent on site owners. Great area.

  • 4 of 5

The property is large, and overall is good. We were a group of six adults, and the available space was more than sufficient. The laundry and cooking facilities were superb. Plentiful suppy of towels and extra bedding available. Extremely useful 'arrival' pack supplied in the fridge. Friendly, helpful on site owners who are always ready to provide local information and assistance. Super area with lots of lovely cafes, shops and restaurants only a two minute walk away. Easy access to public transport.

A shower cubicle would have made our stay perfect! The overbath shower in the top level bathroom proved rather tricky, and not sufficient for six adults. The large bathroom does not have a shower cubicle. As a group of six ladies sharing the house, another shower would have been useful for our early morning starts while working at the Invictus Games.

Our thanks to Lynn and Bruce for enhancing our stay in Toronto. We would happily re-book with you.

Charming Home and Hostess

  • 5 of 5

Suited our family reunion from Australia perfectly. For me a nostalgic reminder of older Ontario homes but modern facilities and generously provisioned. Perfect location for shops, High Park, public transport and driving. Loved sitting on the porch or in the backyard or around the dining room table with my Canadian family.

Wonderful stay!

  • 5 of 5

Bruce and Lynn were gracious hosts and the house is big and charming with a great vibe. There was coffee and milk. Good beds, nice towels and washer and dryer. My husband rarely takes baths but this bathtub was just too inviting to pass up on. We were in Toronto for our child's wedding at High Park with people coming and going and prep going on. Not only was there everything we needed in the kitchen but plenty of great space to expand to. Worth every penny! Delightful. Thanks Lynn and Bruce!

Lovely home.

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed our six day stay in this lovely home. Beautifully decorated with plenty of space and a very cute backyard. The neighbourhood has everything you could need and the proximity to High Park was a real asset. Lynn was a pleasure to work with on setting up the rental and answering our questions. Thanks for a great holiday.

Comfortable and Convenient!

  • 5 of 5

I spent six nights at Lynn's with my husband and very busy 9-month old son. We planned a trip to Toronto to visit friends and family in the neighbourhood, and stayed at Lynn's so that we could have our own space. The house was exactly as it was pictured and described. We had plenty of room to spread out so that our son could sleep and we could enjoy the company of family and friends. The house is perfect for quiet nights in watching Netflix or having a few friends over for dinner. The owner was extremely attentive to our needs and made us feel right at home. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby (the take out section at Barque is fantastic!), and we went for long walks through High Park and visited the animals at the zoo there. We will absolutely be recommending this property to friends and family, and will certainly be back for another visit!
