House in the seaside resort Pittulongu area, 10 minutes drive from the port and airport of Olbia; 1-minute walk from the beach, surrounded by pine trees, you can choose whether to go to the Pelican beach or the Shark Beach.
Ideal for families with children; It has a huge porch with chestnut wood beams and a wonderful view in front of the sea (you can also see the rocks below) with table, sofas and a gas barbecue; inside room with kitchen tv sofa view, pellet stove etc; a double room overlooking the sea always fully furnished + air conditioner; second bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed with possible underlying bed (with possibility of a cot for babies) + air-conditioner; 1bagno.

La vista alla mattina e alla sera sono da provare, davvero un paradiso. La posizione è perfetta, in mezzo alle due spiaggie, ci si arriva in 2 min a piedi. Davvero soddisfatto

Sehr schönes Appartment und Gastgeber , wie man sie sich wünscht
Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig, das Appartment ist sehr sauber und geräumig. Ein sehr schöner Rahmen am Morgen mit Sonnenaufgang lädt zum Frühstücken auf der Terrasse ein , und Blick auf die Bucht Pellicano ließen uns windgeschützt und im Schatten der Pinien bestens auf der geräumigen ,überdachten Terrasse auch am Abend erholen . Sehr empfehlenswert ,nahe der Stadt Olbia, 10 Minauten bis in die Altstadt, Parkplatz vor der Tür, füssläufig ein wunderbarer Strand, auch in einer Minute erreichbar. Ein Grill und eine komplette Küche, selbst Sonnenschirme und Spielzeug für den Strand und eine Waschmaschine standen zur Verfügung . Die Räume, großzügig geschnitten lassen auch mal bei einem Aufenthalt im Apartment genügend Platz für Jeden. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett , was wünscht man sich mehr als Gast?! Ein wunderbares Beispiel für liebenswerte Gastgeber auf der vielseitigen Insel Sardinien, die für Ihre Insel und deren Image Großes leisten.

Very nice
In the appartement we stayed with 2 adults and 2 children (4+7 years old). It was clean and comfortable. The view all day and sunset every morning are amazing! The airconditioning worked very well: it was 32 degrees outside and 20 degrees inside. The kitchen and bathroom are okay. The childrens room had two beds, but not the toys anymore as at the picture. The furniture was basic. You can use their parasol for the beach, very handy. The walking distance to the beach is ideal with children. The beach is very safe with a lot of children in the water and families are watching.

Schöne Wohnung mit traumhafter Blick
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, toller Blick über die Bucht von einer grossen Terrasse. Der Strand ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar, mit netter kleine Snackbar. Kleiner Supermarkt mit allem was man braucht in der Nähe, sowie einge Restaurants. Die Ausstattung war einfach. Das Haus liegt in Pittulongo, dass bedeutet auch Autoverkehr, Müllwagen und Nachbarn. Die Wohnung besticht durch ihre traumhafte Lage. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin lief online, alles problemlos. Kann die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.
