Come visit our newly constructed modern condo in the Center of Moab.

It is 2 Blocks off Main Street and is within walking distance to down town restaurants and local shops.

It is a 1500 sq. foot Twin home.

It has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms and sleeps 6 people.

There is 1 King Bed in master suite with 32" flat screen TV.

The master suite is located on the 2nd floor and has hickory hardwood floors, connected to a reading loft.

Master bedroom has a large walk in closet.

It has very large bathroom with travertine shower, soaking tub, and granite vanity.

On the main floor there are 2 bedrooms with a Queen bed and 32" flat screen TV in each. These bedrooms share a bathroom that has a travertine walk in shower and granite vanity.

We provide linens.

The kitchen has granite countertops, granite island, and stainless steel appliances.

We provide kitchenware.

It has an open design and has vaulted ceilings.

The living room has a 50" Flat Screen Smart TV.

The living room and kitchen open to a huge sliding glass door, that connects to the private back patio.

There is a BBQ and patio set.

We also have a separate dining room that seats 6.

There is a standard size Washer/Dryer with iron, ironing board, detergent and dryer sheets.

We have a 2 car carport with a large locked bike/gear storage at the back.

Perfect condo in a great location!

Went with my family for a weekend in Moab and was so pleased with this property. It was clean, well stocked and in a great location. Melissa was very responsive and we would definitely stay here again when we go back to Moab! Thanks for the great getaway!

Super convienent location, great stay

We found the location perfect for getting anywhere in/around Moab in all directions. Walkable to main street. Nice furnishings, everything is new and super clean. Car port with Bike storage and even mounted Bike clamps for fixing/tuning bikes etc.

Great location, clean, comfortable beds, awesome bike storage.

We loved our stay here! It was easy, convenient and a close walk to main street. The beds and bedding were so comfortable! The floor plan was perfect and the high ceilings and open patio off the living area made it feel spacious. Well equipped kitchen helped with some home meals. The bike locked storage was perfect to store our gear. Great memories were made!

Very happy.

VRBO was beautiful and very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped and the beds were comfortable. It was within walking distance of several restaurants. Washer worked well but the dryer needs maintenance, as the heating element was not working. Location was great for visiting Arches and Canyonland National Parks. Very happy with our first VRBO.

Perfect Moab location

New, clean, spacious, all the amenities you could want, room for 6, flatscreens in all the bedrooms, responsive owner, it's hard to come up with anything to complain about. We'd go back here without thinking about it next time.
