About Sarah, reservationist

The owner, Jeremy Goldstein has made 32 North Ann Street a project since he purchased the property in 2002, slowly making improvements, while running his business in the building directly next door.

Over the past 20 years, Jeremy has built a successful multi-disciplinary real estate practice. Jeremy graduated cum laude from Duke University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy Studies. He held salesperson licenses in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia and currently maintains broker licenses in North Carolina and South Carolina.

Mr. Goldstein advises private and institutional investors nationwide in the acquisition, disposition, and financing of commercial property.

He married an Asheville native, and together they moved to Asheville to raise their four sons. He spends his “free” time traveling with his family to their sons’ sporting events. Eventually, he hopes to get back to hiking and biking in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina. But for now he manages to get to Crossfit — unfortunately well before the sun comes up, in addition to serving as Chairman of Asheville Planning & Zoning Commission and board member to Irene Wortham Center.

We had a great time in Asheville! The apartment was well equipped and as described. It was an easy walk in to downtown and very near the visitor's center. For being right in town, it was very quiet. We would recommend this apartment. Jeremy was a gracious host.

Clean, well-appointed, easy walk to downtown

The property suited our needs for a weekend stay very well. The location provided easy access in and out of the city as well as an easy walk into downtown, however we felt that we needed to Uber home at night due to the proximity of the house to a homeless shelter across the street and around the corner. We weren't anticipating this and upon our arrival, there was a lot of activity in the street. There were no issues on account of it but as a group of 4 women travelling together, it did raise our concern and awareness. This house is definitely on the outskirts of downtown but it seems to be an up and coming area of town with a lot of construction and activity.

Excellent with nice attention to details.

Provided a lot of things often missing in a VRBO. Shower and bath products, towels, silverware, glassware, pots, pans silverware etc. Convenient to downtown. Very comfortable beds, pillows, etc

Great apartment and amenities close to downtown

The apartment was perfect for our family of 3. It might be a little tight for 4 adults, but it had everything you could possibly need from shampoo to coffee filters, and all modern features/appliances. Super convenient location- only a 5 to 10 minute walk to downtown. As a few have mentioned, it is across from a shelter, but this was a non-issue, and we still walked everywhere during the day and out to dinner. The rest of our family ended up booking the other apartments, and Downtown Annie ended up being a great home base for all of us. Great experience!
