Modern and comfortable apartment, very equipped and with excellent location

It is a modern, spacious, bright, very comfortable apartment. It is fully equipped with all kinds of appliances and household items.

ITS CAPACITY IS 5 PEOPLE, BUT ON REQUEST CAN BE 6 PEOPLE, BECAUSE ALL ROOMS ARE DOUBLE. : There are 3 rooms, 2 of them with double beds and the third with 2 single beds.

It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

It is located in an excellent location, Zona La Arena, much requested by our visitors, since we have around us all kinds of shops, restaurants, cafeterias, cider houses, transportation service, and taxi rank. All this in a quiet and cozy atmosphere.

San Lorenzo Beach and its beautiful promenade are less than 150m away.
Equally close is Isabel La Católica Park and El Molinón Soccer Stadium.

We felt completely at home.
This is a fantastic flat for a holiday in Gijon and I can wholeheartedly recommend it. Only a stones throw from the beach and surrounded by restaurants and bars, the location is amazing. This flat has everything you could need and we really couldn't have asked for anything more. We felt as if we were at home, something so important when holidaying as a family. This flat enabled us to chill out at home when the kids were exhausted or to pop out for a lovely meal or evening drink without being too far away from home. My family and I have every intention of returning next year.

Très bonne location
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L'appartement est très propre, moderne et bien équipé. Il est très bien situé dans le centre ville et proche de la plage. Blanca qui était en charge de nous accueillir est très sympathique. Le seul point faible est que les toilettes soient dans la salle de bain. Ce n'est pas pratique aux heures de douche.

La casa muy limpia, moderna. En general buena impresión
Nos ha gustado mucho. Muy limpio y bien preparado. Bien ubicado y sobretodo Blanca, la persona con la que contactamos, para la entrega de llaves entrar en la casa, encantadora, y nos atendió de manera exquisita. Sin duda si volvemos, lo haremos con ella. En el baño un secador, que es un detalle. Por poner una pega, en las ventanas echamos de menos cortina o estores. Las camas bastante cómodas, el salón comedor muy acogedor. El acceso perfecto. Dos ascensores amplios. Y cerquita de la playa. Muy buena impresión.
