The Maresole house is in terms of characteristics and location the best you could wish for to spend a pleasant holiday in direct contact with the sea, wrapped in a strange atmosphere with an ancient flavor: aromas and silences interspersed with the whisper of the surf.
From the main gate, in less than ten steps, you overlook the Marasolo beach, sand and rocks that frame the large homonymous cove, and with a few more steps you enter directly into the retro atmosphere of the marina of Punta Longa: an ancient tiny fishing village with its small fishing boats that return there early in the morning and where you can buy freshly caught fish, stop to have a chat with the fisherman who is repairing the nets or triggering hooks.
The house is organized for 4/5 people: two bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, living room, well-equipped kitchen, a private and well-equipped garden with deck chairs, table and chairs, barbecue with beach view.
It is equipped with: blades on the ceiling and independent heating system, satellite plasma television, safe, hairdryer.
During the high season, from mid-June to mid-September, a minimum of 7 nights is required, from Saturday to Saturday.
During the low season a minimum of 4 nights is required.
The villa is available all year round.
