This established oceanfront cottage is located in Atlantic Beach and offers plenty of room to spread out. Private apartment has its own entrance with kitchen, dining and living area. Open kitchen and dining room is located on the main level. The second floor has 4 bedrooms and 1 full bath. A large sun porch opens onto the deck. Private walkway to the beach.

All rates are subject to a departure cleaning, linen and reservation fee, 12.75% sales tax and a $79.00 Vacation Rental Damage Protection Plan. All fees and taxes are subject to change without notice.

We rent to family groups, married couples, or mature adults over the age of 25. We do not, under any circumstances, rent to groups for proms, graduations, college house parties, etc. Misrepresentation will result in immediate eviction without refund.

All prices and/or descriptions are subject to change. Although every precaution is taken, errors in prices and/or descriptions do occur on our web site and in printing. We reserve the right to correct any such error.

** TWO OPTIONS FOR DAMAGE PROTECTION **
1. Damage Protection Insurance – For an additional $79.00, this plan covers up to $3,000 in unintentional damages to the rental unit that may occur during your stay. Report the damage to us, we’ll take care of the rest!
2. Security Deposit - $1,500 is immediately charged at time of booking. If the property is left undamaged, keys & parking passes returned, your security deposit will be refunded within 45 days after check out.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 2nd time at the Hall Cottage and it is so convenient and fun for the whole family. The house dates to the early 1900s and transports you to a time where beaches weren’t so commercialized. Thanks for letting us enjoy this special place.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the Hall Cottage for two weeks with various family members coming and going. We found the layout very congenial to family meals in the kitchen, on the deck and in the screened in porch. Cannon & Gruber responded to requests for straightening the bed frames (the floors are delightfully uneven) and pest control (so more dead palmetto bugs and ants than live ones). The AC works GREAT. Kitchen is best equipped of any rental we have had. Two refrigerators is the bomb. One last pest surprise: a copperhead appeared on the deck, but Cannon and Gruber quickly addressed that with Snake Away and is going to look into landscaping. Never saw it again. The front left stove burner in the main kitchen could use some attention - basically has one setting (high).
