Penthouse, located on the sixth floor in the center of Marina di Pizzo, 30 meters from the sea, convenient for both the beaches, reachable on foot, and for the historic center of the country. It enjoys a unique view of the Murat castle and sunsets over the sea.
The apartment is spread over 150sqm and is surrounded by a large 150sqm terrace equipped with table and chairs for dining overlooking the sea and deckchairs for relaxing and sunbathing. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, complete with all appliances, living room with TV, 3 double bedrooms, one of which with attached bathroom, and 2 more bathrooms with shower, as well as a small utility room with washing machine.
Possible availability of additional double bedroom to be agreed.
In the Pizzo marina there are cafes, restaurants, pizzerias and ice cream parlors. The historic center with shops can be reached on foot or with the characteristic apecar.

Amazing views, with the beach steps away!
My family and I stayed at this lovely home for a month. The town of Pizzo is beautiful and the people are wonderful. The home is large and has a good size kitchen, the bathrooms are neat and clean with everything in good working order. The beds are comfortable and clean. Thankfully it has a good working lift as there is a lot of stairs otherwise, we challanged ourselves to use the stairs feom time to time. ** The star of this stay is the amazing terrace! Its massave and has amazing views of Pizzo. Cesar and his group were extremely kind, helpful and attended to any needs we had with warmth. Be sure to visit la routa and Moby Dyck for good food and conversation. Btw, we speak verry little Italian but got along just fine here😁. Thank you Cesar, it was a pleasure.

Communication was difficult because I couldn't sign into my Email and my son had to find a wifi to sign into his. Everyone enjoyed their stay and the short walk up by the castle. .We loved the terrace even though the weather was cool.

The apartment was very comfortable with everything we needed. The terrace was amazing. Fantastic view, very large with shade anytime of the day. Highly recommend if looking for a relaxing stay by the beach. Be sure to visit George at Nostronos just in front of the apartment. Great food and very friendly.

Super-Penthouse
Geniale Unterkunft, super gelegen und auch hochwertig eingerichtet. Hier findet man wirklich alles, was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt. Die Terrasse ist nicht nur riesig, sondern bietet wirklich einen einmaligen Ausblick auf Hafen und Burg. Wer sich hier nicht wohlfühlt, ist selber schuld!!! Die Vermieter sind mehr als sympathisch und auch der Kontakt via WhatsApp vollkommen unproblematisch. Das einzige was man wissen sollte: Zu der Wohnung gehört keinerlei Parkplatz, die Stellflächen sind nur für Anwohner ausgewiesen und zu diesen gehört man als Tourist nicht. Das ganze wird auch rigoros kontrolliert....wir mussten diese Erfahrung leider selber machen. Es bleibt also nur der kostenpflichtige Parkplatz in Sichtweite oder eben die Suche in der näheren Umgebung. Trotzdem kann man diese Unterkunft nur vollumfänglich weiterempfehlen.
