The "Posá" has been a family home for travelers, century-old house with ñejo flavor but with an incredible attraction for functional and simple, has beautiful decorations with classic and modern Spanish art.
Its location is very good, is located in the center of town, 50 meters from the Plaza. A step away from Mérida, Cáceres and Badajoz and very good road connection with towns of Extremadura and Portugal.

La casa es bonita, tiene un patio genial pero en verano no se puede salir del calorazo. Aire acondicionado en salón, insuficiente para ese tipo de casa. Mucho calor, al menos para nosotros. Se descansa regular ya q estas a pie de calle y hay bastante ruido. Y lo peor...la dueña "olvidó"decirnos q a las 8 de la mañana del sabado teníamos obra en su piso de arriba, detalle un poco feo.

Si te gustan los ambientes auténticos y sencillos, La Nava de Santiago cumple con las expectativas. Y la Posa las supera ampliamente. Para mí una maravilla a pesar de la insufrible ola de calor.

El alojamiento nos ha encantado, la casa es del todo original, práctica y cómoda, con un patio precioso que permitía nuestro perro estirar las patas y estar a su aire. Hay bares y una tienda de comestibles justo al lado, y a Mérida no se tarda nada en llegar. Las anfitrionas encantadoras, nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos. Si podemos , repetimos

Una Nochebuena muy especial.
La lluvia truncó los planes de visitar Cáceres y pueblos de alrededor. Pero gracias a las comodidades y de todo lo que nos ofrecía la casa, hemos descansado y disfrutado mucho. Una Nochebuena diferente ,Papá Noel encontró la Posá. Sin duda volveremos en otra estación del año para poder aprovecharlo mejor. Nos ha encantado. La dueña muy atenta y pendiente de que no nos faltase de nada.

Ein Haus mit Geschichte und ursprüngliches Dorfleben
La Posa lässt einen die Vergangenheit spüren, da es auch schon in frühen Zeiten eine Herberge für Reisende war. Hohe Räume, dicke Mauern, eine super Terrasse für jedes Wetter und somit sicher ideal auch für heiße Sommertage. Der Dorfplatz mit Bars liegt, wie zwei kleine Läden, gleich um die Ecke und man nimmt umittelbar am Dorfleben teil. Das Haus ist sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für das tägliche Leben braucht, einzig Internet war zeitweise nicht verfügbar.
