Beautiful apartment furnished lovingly in the port of Porto Cristo. Central but quiet location. It is not necessary vehicle.
With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite). It is located on the second floor of a three storey building with lift.

Equipped with wifi, TV international satellite (Astra).

The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, stove with oven, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, dishes and washing machine.

It has a lovely terrace, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the harbor.

excellent location, very quiet. The terrace, lounge, kitchen and bedrooms overlook the harbor promenade.
Rest and relax characterize this wonderful place.

On the first floor is our Marina I apartment, and on the third floor our apartment Marina III.

The beach is less than 2 minutes walk. Is well protected with little waves, it has umbrellas and lounge chairs for rent. With restaurants and bars at the beach.

There are 3 large supermarkets nearby and several small shops very close walking distance, where to find fresh fruit, vegetables and fresh bread fruit. Porto Cristo has different banks, two pharmacies in speaking English and German, a medical center and a private hospital. Post office, tourist boats at the pier, bus station and taxi.

We recommend a stroll through the local produce market on Sundays.

Around the harbor there are restaurants, bars and terraces with quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
It is always an experience a visit to the famous Caves of Drach located nearby, or to the Caves Hams at the entrance of Porto Cristo.

Cala Anguilla, Cala Mendia, Romantic and Cala Morlanda are some of the beaches around Porto Cristo.
Enjoy a relaxing holiday in the still prevailing calm in Porto Cristo, where you will not find big hotels and tourist bustle of other areas.

Minor issues but worth it!!
Apt. Was in perfect location but extremely difficult to find parking. It should be allowed that guests can park in rear of bldg. Apt. is in need of minor repairs throughout, toilet, shower. Needs a dryer. Only washer. Clothes hangers outside to dry. With no AC in apt , very difficult to dry. Need 24 hrs. Fans are only means of cooling if summer months. Kinda humid and feels very humid in apt. During the day. Alvaro, caretaker responds immediately to any issues you may have. Aside from no air, perfect spot to be. I would go back, AC is next in their list and a dryer 👍👍

Situation idéale, vue magnifique sur le port.
Tout est parfait avec un beau balcon ensoleillé dès le matin, on a adoré si on devait trouver un détail, il faudrait ajouter un économe, et plus de pinces à linge.

Phantastische Lage!
Wie in der Überschrift erwähnt, ist die Lage grandios. Leider sind die Bäder in einem renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Es gibt keine Dusche. Hierzu muss man wie vor 30 Jahren in die Wanne steigen und den Vorhang zuziehen. Die Betten müssten auch längst erneuert werden. Die beiden Couchen im Wohnzimmer sind durchgesessen. In der Küche gibt es keine Spülmaschine. Wirklich schade für diese sehr gut geschnittene Wohnung, die man perfekt mit 2 Paaren oder mit Kindern bewohnen kann. Auch bei der Parkplatzsuche braucht man sehr viel Geduld. Obwohl wir in der Nebensaison dort waren, mussten wir sehr weit entfernt parken, da die Wohnung über keinen Stellplatz verfügt. Der Aufzug funktionierte zu dem auch selten, was für unsere über 80 jährigen Eltern ein großes Problem darstellte. Alles in allem: Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn die Mängel behoben sind! Der Verwalter war sehr bemüht und wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Kompliment!
