The jade house in St Anne is 400 meters from the seafront beach at Domaine de Belfond.
80 m² totally private, not overlooked, with its garden composed of coconut, banana, green plants, BBQ, sunbathing.
2 air-conditioned rooms, 1 tv, wifi, 1 big kitchen 15 m ² in front of the garden.
1 wc 1 shower 1 washbasin.
The first room with 2 beds of 90 is about 15 m2 ..

Pas de place de parking vous devez vous garer sur le bord de la route 2belles chambres avec clime une silencieuse la 2 ème prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles cuisine pas de lecteur vidéo "cuisine super équipée " micro ondes HS petit plus les cafards vous tiennent compagnie à la vaisselle. La cour emplacement pour 2 transats pas plus spa super pour 2 personnes Sinon très bel emplacement plage magnifique à 700 m avec restos sympa

Location décevante
Le propriétaire a fait appel à un très bon photographe qui a mis en valeur sa location : la réalité est peu attractive. La location est sombre, et cela même avec tous les rideaux ouverts, la cour extérieur est encombré par un spa qui se dégonfle et qui a une fuite d’eau. il y a un réel manque d’entretien : l’installation électrique extérieur est limites en terme de sécurité, à notre arrivée, la vaisselle n’était pas propre, le micro-ondes ne chauffe plus, le grille pain ne fonctionne pas et le barbecue est absent. Il est difficile de profiter de la cour extérieur car le moteur qui rejeté l’air chaud de la Clim souffle directement sur l’espace de vie. On appréciera sa location au cœur du domaine belfond, accès à la plage, à pied, en 10 minutes et proche de toutes commodités, le propriétaire est sympathique.

Déception pour la terrasse
Si le descriptif et les photos de l'appartement correspondent, il n'en n'est pas de même pour la terrasse qui est décevante: presque plus de végétation, devant un grand mur en parpaings, un seul transat sans coussin et s'il y a bien un lave-linge l'écoulement se fait directement sur les dalles ce qui ne choque pas Mr COURQUIN .Quant à la voiture, elle n'est pas neuve mais celà a été rectifié par Mr COURQUIN sur l'annonce.

idéalement situé, à 10 Minutes à pieds de la plage de la pointe marin, petit logement disposant d'un jacuzzi, très agréable en fin de journée, proche de points de vue magnifiques

Location bien située, mais pas vraiment indépendante (maison coupée en 2) et prix élevé
Des travaux et aménagements sont à réaliser pour + de sécurité (électricité ...), d'intimité (clé / porte des sanitaires ...) et d'isolation sonore (même toiture et cloison que la location d'à côté)
