The Alpe Cermis cableway is about 2 km away and the ski bus stop is in front of the residence. A well-stocked supermarket is located a few hundred meters from the residence.

Cavalese is the capital of the Val di Fiemme and home to the main services, hospital, municipal swimming pool, ice rink, but also restaurants, pizzerias, cinemas, discos, artisan shops, ski schools, equipment rental.
Cavalese also belongs to the Fiemme / Obereggen ski area which boasts 100 km of slopes.
