Gulf Shores Plantation is a gated, vacation community located down Fort Morgan road offering private, sugar-white, beach frontage, natural sand dunes, and beautiful landscaping. Activities available for all ages, perfect for family getaways!

This beautiful beach view unit is fully furnished and well maintained for your comfort. It is located in the Plantation Dunes building also known as Royal Gulf Beach and Racquet Club which is located in the Gulf Shores Plantation.

This 2 bedroom/2 bath unit has a kitchen that is equipped with major appliances to include dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, flat top stove, built in microwave, blender, coffee maker, and toaster. The master bedroom hosts a queen-size bed. The guest bedroom includes 2 twin beds, flat screen television with cable programming and a DVD player. The living room has a sofa sleeper, flat screen television and DVD player for those family movie nights. Linens, iron, and all kitchen utensils provided. Free high speed internet available in the unit.

The complex offers a coin-operated laundry on ground floor.

This resort is next door to the nationally-ranked Kiva Dunes Golf Course and offers numerous on-site amenities. Perfectly situated, the Plantation is minutes away from the restaurants, shopping, and entertainment of Gulf Shores, yet you are away from the over-developed, crowded beaches of the strip.

Condo needs work
The condo has all kinds of trim pieces missing two lamps are broken I had to replace light bulbs in another ang with batteries in the main tv remote. The bathroom next to the small bedroom smells like urine. The ceilings look dirty walls are all marked up. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place for a vacation im very disappointed that I spent the money on this place for my family vacation.

Great area, needs a remodel
We really enjoyed our stay. We booked last minute because our other was canceled. It was a small space, cramped for 4 adult sized people, and it just felt cluttered even though it wasn't. I could tell it was in the process of being updated (I hope) because the base boards were all pulled up and in the closet. The dishwasher didn't work well, so I put them in mostly clean and used it to sanitize. We like the community feel of the place though. Multiple pools/hot tubs/ saunas-male/female each in the restroom/dressing room. The outdoor pools were NOT heated, but indoor was. We all had fun on the tennis courts, and there were always a few families out using the grills and volleyball courts, etc. The A/C works SO well! It took me a few days to find it to bump it a bit warmer until the boys wined. Haha Overall, we would book again. Just think Best Western style condo rather than Hilton and you'll be fine. ;)

Summer vacay
We have been staying at the Plantation for years & love the area. Our usual condo was unavailable so decided to rent this one. We always arrive early on Saturday go to lunch & go to the beach while waiting to check in. The problem with this condo is it has a key & they will not give the key until 4:00. The office is in Gulf shores & the condo is in Fort Morgan. So unless you want to add about an hour additional time to your drive to pick up a key I would not recommend staying here. They really need to invest in a keypad & then there wouldn’t be a problem.

Girls Trip 2023
We had a wonderful time, as we do every year . We enjoyed the condo, and always love being at the plantation Seems we might have been in the middle of a renovation as there were no baseboards in most rooms. We were a little disappointed as we did read on the description that there would be a coffee maker. So we carried coffee and filters only to find it was a keurig. So we had to go buy a coffee maker. Not good to have extra expense. But all is good and our trip was nice
