We Feature: ☆ Chef's Kitchen (essentials provided) ☆ Huge Great Room ☆ Outdoor Oasis //Beautiful Pool // Fire pit // Grill ☆ Lighting fast wifi ☆ Plenty of space for kids - 12 mins to Downtown Cincy - 4 mins to restaurants - 30 mins to Creation Museum - 45 mins to Ark Encounter Our place is meticulously cleaned, and only used for great guests! Enjoy concerts on the porch.

3 bedrooms, finished basement & 2 full baths.

The first floor has 3 bedrooms (1 king + 2 queens) and 1 full bathroom. The Basement is finished and is divided into 2 rooms. Room #1 has 1 bunk bed (full over full with pullout twin trundle), inflatable Queen mattress, and Room #2 has 2 bunk beds (full over queen) also in basement is large spacious bathroom with walk-in shower.

We have a great front porch, back patio with propane, and large patio surrounding our in-ground pool. The backyard is fenced, as well as our pool, making the home a safe and wonderful place for kiddos to play. We have a fire pit with chairs that is great for adults. Pool opens mid-May & closes mid-Sept.

The house was great! Way bigger than expected. We had a group of 7 staying, including infants to teens and there was plenty of space and things to do. The view of the river from the dinning room is amazing!!!

Really liked my stay during this trip. It was just my partner and I and we loved the place. Pictures are accurate to the actual home and we had a great time. Owners were quick to respond and only had a couple minor issues. Would stay here again, especially in the summer.

We love our city. Cincinnati is a great place to visit, and even better for raising a family.

Why they chose this property

This place is awesome.
Our home is a 2 acre organic homestead, and you can be downtown in minutes.
We bought this house purely for gathering lots of people; albeit in our large living room, brand new custom kitchen, or huge outdoor setting.
We love drinking coffee and watching the sun rise over the river. We love eating poolside, and swimming until deep into the night.

There are 2 bunk beds (Full over Queen & full over full) in the basement, perfect for accommodating kiddos.
