It is a beautiful and comfortable villa situated within the tranquil residential area of Javea called “La Guardia Park". This private estate with its impressive pillared entrance is very well kept with restaurants and bars nearby. There are also tennis/petanque courts within a 5 minute walk.
With accommodation for 8 people, the villa is perfect for holiday makers who wish to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation in private surroundings. The house features a large terrace where guests can swim in the 10 x 5m swimming pool and sunbathe in comfort on the loungers provided. The L-shaped Naya (covered terrace) is furnished with a dining table and comfy sofas where you can relax with a nice glass of chilled wine. There is also a BBQ area. The property features a large and beautiful garden filled with Mediterranean plants and shrubs. The area is very secure with private car parking for 2 cars (gated)
Inside the villa there are 4 stunning bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a lounge/dining room all on one level. The master bedroom has doors leading out onto the patio and poolside area. The en-suite has just been recently refurbished to a high standard. The second bathroom has a walk in shower and has also been recently refurbished. The lounge/dining room which leads directly onto the Naya is bright and comfortable with 2 large sofas and lovely table and chairs. Off the lounge is a cosy sunroom with armchairs providing a nice corner to catch up with some reading. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the amenities you would expect. The villa is newly decorated throughout. Installations include Wi-Fi, a 43” smart television with satellite and cable service (UK, French and German TV), a DVD, CD player and safe. All rooms are fitted with high velocity remote control fans and windows are fitted with mosquito nets. A children's high chair and cot is available. All linen, including pool towels, is provided. A complimentary welcome pack is also included. Baby-sitting and translation services are offered. The property is suitable for children and people with restricted mobility. We request no smoking inside the house and no pets.

Fabulous Family Holiday!
This is just the most lovely villa. Well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a great holiday. It is spotlessly clean and a perfect home from home. The pool is great - we spent many hours enjoying it. There are lovely comfortable places to sit either in the sunshine or shade. The gardens are beautiful kept and very pretty. The welcome was good and went like clockwork. What really impressed us was that on the day we left the owner rang us to see if we’d had a lovely time and to ask if we had any suggestions to make the villa better. We honestly said there was nothing that needed improvement - this villa is wonderful and we highly recommend it.

Superb villa
We have recently come back from a stay in Casa Serena. We had a wonderful time. The villa is superbly equipped, and spotlessly clean. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. The living area is modern and comfortable. The pool outside is fantastic and inviting, with plenty of sun loungers, and there are a range of different places to sit at different times of the day. There is a lovely outside dining area, and it was a delight to find a spotlessly clean BBQ. The villa is in a quiet residential area only a five minute drive from the Arenal, and close to some very beautiful small beaches. We have been coming to Javea for many years, and this is the best villa we have stayed in. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Beautiful Villa
We have just had a 10 day stay for a family group of 7 in this lovely villa. The Villa is beautiful , spacious , lots of outdoor seating and a fantastic pool. My husband is in a wheelchair with limited mobility and apart from 2 small steps in and out of the villa it was accessible for him, with lovely big walk in showers. The area is very quiet and just a short drive to the town/shops. Diane was very helpful throughout the booking process and we hope to return again.

Holiday Heaven
Simply superb villa with everything our family required to enjoy a wonderful holiday in this memorable accommodation. The villa was spotlessly clean, modern and the facilities both inside and out were second to none. The highlight for our child, however, was undoubtedly the incredible pool area. The air conditioning in the bedrooms and ceiling fans in the main living areas offered welcomed relief from the extremely high daily temperatures we experienced during our stay. The villa is situated in a very quiet residential area close to two family friendly restaurants, which was another added bonus. Having holidayed numerous times in Javea we can say that Casa Serena is quite honestly the best family accommodation we have had the pleasure of staying in. Diane and her team have been lovely to deal with and the welcome from Liz and her partner was greatly appreciated. We can't wait to return to this magnificent villa.

We purchased our new home in 2008 having spent many months looking for the right area after falling in love with Javea. The villa is all on one level making it ideal for small children and anyone with mobility problems. It is south facing and tastefully decorated throughout and we hope all the improvements made will ensure you feel at home during your stay at Casa Serena.
The Costa Nova area where our villa is situated is very secluded, private and peaceful but has plenty to offer nearby during the day or night if you want to go out. The villa is close to Granadella beach and just a short 10 minute drive to the main beach front with bars, restaurants and shops.
Javea is a great family area and you are made to feel welcome wherever you go.
