Fabulous lake view 5 bed Villa south facing pool/spa 15 min from Disney & Wifi

WE ARE PLEASED TO OPEN OUR VILLA AGAIN TO SHORT TERM RENTALS - WE ARE BOOKING UP FAST FOR 2024 and have a few weeks already booked for 2025
We have enhanced cleaning procedures in place and a no contact entry system in place. Come back to the sunshine state and stay in a beautiful relaxing villa.
SEE THE CAPE CANAVERAL LAUNCHES & THE AMAZING DISNEY FIREWORKS FROM OUR BACK GARDEN!! Our large villa is on a quiet cul-de-sac with no rear neighbours and a beautiful lake/conservation view beyond the pool & spa area. We have 5 bedrooms ( 3 of these are ensuite ) and 2 further twin bedrooms which share the forth bathroom, so perfect for large families or two families or a group of friends. The villa has a really well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and full laundry facilities. We have cable & Wifi as well as a games room with table football & air hockey for your added entertainment. There are two living areas and two dining areas to accommodate all of our guests. The main bedroom has doors out onto the pool which can also be accessed from the living room too. The surrounding countryside offers walking, hiking and biking as an alternative to the theme parks and the area also has many golf courses. This villa perfectly places you within easy reach of all the great things Orlando has to offer.

Hot tub issues
Home is nice , nice neighborhood, very private pool. Hot tub heat stopped working so the pool and hot tub was cold most of the stay. Took 4 messages before we got it sort of not cold and by that time our trip was almost over, we got a partial refund on the fee for a heated pool and hot tub, but it spoiled our vacation .

Florida Spring Getaway
Tanya was great to work with , very responsive. The property was as listed. Great location and the pond behind with all the birds was an added bonus. Everything one needed was available in the house. Fully recommend this property to anyone.

Now you can experience the beauty of Orlando with the theme parks fabulous countryside and amazing weather at our home.

Why they chose this property

We loved this property and knew we had to have it.....the views are amazing from the back and its on a larger than average plot with no rear neighbours. Its near to open countryside and shops so whats not to love.

What makes this property unique

You can enjoy the EPCOT FIREWORKS and Cape Canaveral launches from our back garden. Its on a beautiful tree lined quiet cut de sac and the views are amazing .... just imagine sitting having breakfast in warm Orlando sunshine with a lake view ...perfect!!
