The new apartment complex is located at the beginning of the quiet village of Prines, only 5 km from Rethymno town. The beautiful fenced garden of 4000 m2 with barbecue, parking place, many olive trees, colorful and fragrant flowers and lush lawn will make you feel comfortable and safe.

The sea is 2 km away, but the nearest organized beach on the coast is in the lively town of Rethymno. Nearby beaches are in Petres, Episkopi, Georgioupoli.
