Able to accommodate your family with a Luxury king-sized bed in master bedroom and a Cozy mattress in the pull-out sofa sleeper in the living room. 48" Flat-screen TV, DVD player & WIFI in the living room with a reclining media couch. New glass-top stove and dishwasher October 2019. Also enjoy a Flatscreen TV, DVD player and large walk-in closet in the roomy master bedroom. Also added, is a desk for those remote workers! Conveniently located next to laundry facilities & elevator, so you'll be just steps away from the Beautiful Beach.

Free Beach Chair service during peak season. Relax & enjoy the sound of the waves and view of the Emerald Coast Beach from your private 6th floor balcony with new balcony furniture August 2019 or take a walk on the soft white sand, watch Dolphins swim by, and soak up the sun on the beach or by the pool.

Great condo, excellent location!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in room 612. It’s right in the center next to the elevators and stairs with excellent gulf views! Our room was clean and well stocked. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful! The only issue we had was that we lost a beach chair and towel. I had called the front desk to let them know our chair and towel were still at our beach set up and we might not make it back until dark (we had left them there when it started raining and planned to go back later that day when the rain stopped but it never really stopped raining.) The lady said it was no problem and she’d have a beach attendant bring them to front desk. They were never taken to the front desk and the beach attendant said he never heard anything about getting them. Not a huge deal but it was a little frustrating. We did enjoy our stay and would definitely return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was clean and in great condition. Kitchen well stocked with needed cooking essentials. The only issue we had was upon check in the gate code given and then the room code given at front desk would not work. They were unable to reprogram, so they gave us a master key to use. Only a minor inconvenience. Excellent beach view.
