BUNTING BRIXHAM - Beautiful marine town house with extensive sea views

Bunting Brixham Cottage is a 3 bedroom marine town house conveniently situated near to Berry Head nature reserve and Shoalstone beach, situated in a quiet residential area with easy parking about a 15 minute stroll to the town centre. With 2 bathrooms a separate games room, WiFi and sleeping up to 6 persons it is ideal for families holidays or couples alike.

During the peak summer season our minimum stay is 7 nights with changeover on a Saturday. Outside of the peak season we accept short break bookings for a minimum of 3 nights. Please contact us for a competitive quote for short breaks .

Ground Floor; Large entrance conservatory set up as a family games room, with sofa, TV, games console and games table. Bedroom with double bed, and built-in wardrobe, shower room with WC, washbasin and walk-in shower.

First floor; Living room with separate lounge and dining areas. Three piece leather suite, 36″ flat screen TV with Sky and PS3 game console and games, dining table and 6 chairs. Spacious kitchen with built-in double oven, gas hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.

Second floor; Master bedroom with super-king size double bed, built-in wardrobes, TV, two tub chairs and dressing table. Panoramic views across the bay. Bedroom with twin beds and built in wardrobes and views across the town. Bathroom with Bath, shower-over, WC and wash basin.

Outside; Communal off road parking and lawned gardens. From the lounge a door leads to a small Integral balcony with bistro-set, an ideal spot to sit out and enjoy the view across the bay.

Bunting Brixham Cottage has free WiFi and full gas central heating. A travel cot and highchair are available if required.

One well-behaved dog welcome subject to our pet policy as detailed in our terms and conditions of booking.

Why they chose this property

Paul has been coming on holiday to Brixham for over 50 years - he first came aged 2 years old! His parents, grandparents, children and now his grandchildren have all enjoyed holidays in Brixham and all the family love the area.
In 2014 we were fortunate enough to be able to purchase Bunting as our second home. We love the house and the area and look forward to sharing it with you.

What makes this property unique

The property is in the popular Wall Park area of Brixham. It is located in a quiet residential area with off road parking (a real bonus in Brixham!) yet only 10-15 minutes walk to the town centre or 2 minutes to the beach.
