Overview

Photos and Description of the Upper Manhattan vacation townhome rental

4 Bedrms/3 Bathrms - great for family reunions and 2 families traveling togethr

This is a beautiful brownstone home in the city. We lovingly rebuilt it as a family home. It is MUCH larger than most NY homes in the city.

We do have a strict no smoking policy and require quiet evening activities. This is a spacious, comfortable home in which to relax and enjoy all that NY has to offer. Incomparable space and comfort and priced for affordability.

The first floor has a gleaming, fully equipped kitchen w/washer and dryer, an expansive living room with large flat-screen television and a dining room with a wide table that seats 8 plus diners. There are four large and comfortable bedrooms. On the third floor one bedroom has a king sized bed, one has a full/double bed and one has two full/double beds with Japanese style frames. The Master bedroom on the second floor has a queen bed and large en suite bathroom - soaking tub, heat lamp and separate toilet. There are 2 full bathrooms and one half bathroom, one on each floor. The office has a large desk and two couches that fold out to full/double beds for more options. There is also a comfortable reading nook on the second floor with a single foldout. All linens provided.

There is a lovely shared, south facing perennial garden. Perfect for coffee in the am, an outdoor play space for children, or dinner at twilight.

Please, no smoking indoors and no loud parties. This is not a hotel but a private residence in a neighborhood with families.

It is easy to get everywhere. MTA/Subway - two blocks from the 2/3, five blocks from the A/B/C/D, three stops from mid-town - 18min - and UBER anywhere.

Metro-North Commuter train - 125th Street station is five blocks away, 45 min to Connecticut.

Local Dining has boomed in the last few years with some real standouts - Red Rooster, Barawine, Settepani, BVLD, Corner Social, Chocolat, Cheri, Amy Ruth's, The Cecil, Lido, Il Cafe, Streetbird, Shrine, Moca, Serengeti Tea Shop and many more, all fantastic and just steps away!
