Photos and Description of the Saint Augustine vacation townhome rental

2 bdrm 2 bath- This is a beautifully maintained property. Beach is a 5 min walk

Beautifully renovated town-home top to bottom. Marble and porcelain tile through out the home. This 2 bdrm 2 full baths sleeps 6 very comfortably.

Master has king bed, 2nd bdrm has 2 full size beds. All lines, towels, cookware/utensils, washer/dryer, are provided. We have a single car attached garage that is a great bonus.

Guests have access to all areas inside town-home except 2 owners closets which are locked in the garage . Guests will find upon arrival- bathrooms will each have 1 new roll of toilet paper, kitchen will have 1 new roll of paper towels, a small bottle of dish washing soap.

Guests are responsible for their own laundry detergent & fabric softener, their own paper towels & toilet paper once the provided paper and soap products are used up. Guests also supply their own toiletries, food and incidentals.

Laundry pods (4) are provided for checkout purposes only for linens and towels.

Guests are responsible on checkout date to strip beds and have 2 loads of laundry- either linens (both sets of double bed linens or king bed linens) or towels (either the beach towels or the bath linens) washing/drying. Please do not wash bed linens with towels, please do not wash beach towels with white bath linens or bed linens. There should be no more than 3 loads of laundry left for the cleaning team. Please leave kitchen linens for cleaning team to launder. Please do not wash comforters or pillow shams, these take special care in washing.

There are three (6) dishwasher pods, please make sure you save one for the day of your checkout to run the dishwasher with any used utensils, dishes, etc.

We will interact with our guests whenever needed. We try to maintain our distance so our guests can enjoy their stay. I am available 24/7 if any issues arise with the townhome.

Our neighborhood is quiet. You can take a midnight stroll down to the beach, or out on the main drag and be very safe. Our townhome is within walking distance of many restaurants, small eclectic shops and grocers.

Historic downtown is only a 10- 15 min drive north on A1A. St. Augustine has so much to offer you. Water sports, sightseeing, shopping, dining, attractions, swimming. These are just a few of the pleasures that await you outside of this wonderful town-home!

The Sunshine Bus Company has routes that pass at the corner of the main rd, A1A, and transports through out St Augustine. Route maps are available on their website: http://www.sunshinebus.net

Our home is a 3 night minimum stay.

If you have pets that will be staying with you,

there is a non refundable pet fee of $100.00 for the first pet and $50.00 for a second, total of $150.00 for 2 pets, with a 2 pet maximum. This fee is not damage protection for your pet/s. If pets damage the property, damages will be withheld from your security deposit.

Dogs must be leashed at all times when you walk them. Animals are not permitted in the courtyard under any circumstance. Pets are not permitted on any of the furnishings inside our home. There are "green belts" around the exterior of the property that pets may use. Please make sure to clean up after your pet or you will be cited and penalized by the property management company. Not a happy thing to have happen on your vacation.

Weekly (7 days) and monthly (30 days) discounted rates are available.

This is our private home that we are opening up for vacation time for guests to enjoy. We expect our guests to act with finesse, and an appreciation for the home that is being extended to them.

Smoking is permitted outside only on the main patio and outside of the garage door area. If you smoke on the patio, please make sure the sliding doors are closed.

I will meet and greet you the evening of your arrival about 6:30. This is a requirement.

Please make sure you are available for this. If your arrival time is after 6:30 the evening of your arrival, please let me know so I can arrange my schedule to meet with you the following evening at the same time.

I will personally meet & greet you the day of your arrival about 6:30 in the evening or no later than 10 a.m. the following day. This is a requirement, please make sure you are available for the meet and greet. I am available 24/7 if you have any questions concerning your stay or issues that may arise with the town home.
This is a requirement as well; The morning of your departure I will be on premises about 9:50 and walk through the town home before you leave. If your departure time is earlier than 10:00 you must let me know in advance so I can make arrangements to meet you before you leave the premises.

For prospective tenants that will be bringing their furry footed or feathered friends- We are pet friendly and love our furry footed/feathered friends- I will ask you if you are bringing them, please be honest with me, and factor in the appropriate pet fee/s to your rental amount.
If I find, after your arrival, that you have furry footed or feathered friends and you HAVE NOT disclosed this information, you will be charged DOUBLE the non refundable pet fee/s which will be taken from your Security Deposit or charged to your credit card that is on file with VRBO.
Pets are not permitted on any of the furnishings.
