Villa Calatrava, is a magnificent villa located very close to Lake Bolarque. A unique environment, in the Sierra de Altomira, surrounded by pines, holm oaks and strawberry trees.
You have a plot of over 2000m2 with Mediterranean garden and Zen design, you have the "Bar El Mirador" with its barbecue area at the edge of the pool, where you can enjoy on its terrace the breathtaking views of "Altomira" and its night skies.
The house has 4 bedrooms (3 doubles and 1 triple equipped with bedding and wardrobes) with capacity for 9 people. Two full bathrooms (Shower and bathtub)
Kitchen with all kinds of cutlery and crockery. Ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, Italian coffee machine and nesspreso
A living room with French fireplace and table for 8 people, armchairs and sofa.
A country dining room with fireplace, wood oven, table for 10 people, plasma TV. Sofa and folding chairs.
Garage with washing machine, freezer and refrigerator.
In Villa Calatrava we have a Tavern that we call "the Rock" where you will enjoy long conversations with friends and family.
For this winter in addition to the chimneys you have a powerful central heating.

Stunning family villa home
Ricardo and parents gave us such a warm and hospitable welcome and stay in their stunning family villa, thank you! The photos do not show the full beauty and location of the property on the urbanisation. The outside area for the weather was superb and the house facilities great. Local village has good amenities to ensure an excellent well stocked holiday. The views, walks and lake beach excellent. With the exceptional heat, fans in the house would have eased the discomfort but the fly screens for the windows certainly helped. Thanks for a great family holiday and welcome treats with your prompt and help advice when needed.
