Enjoy the sun, sea and the breeze is a dream come true. The apartment is on the first floor of a building of only 3 neighbors. It is in the sea, from where you can see the Bay of Arinaga Beach. It is an old fishing village.
The apartment has the entrance is a large living room with windows overlooking the sea. The lounge is spacious and bright. In the you can find a great sofa bed, tv, coffee table and a large dining room for 6 people.
The kitchen is equipped with all appliances. Has oven, silver votrocerámica, refrigerator and all kitchen pots, dishes, cutlery and necessary to enjoy your stay vessels. It has kettle and iron.
The master bedroom suite, that is, has its own full bathroom. This bathroom has a shower; It has a large fitted wardrobe and hangers. The bed is queen and has 2 bedside tables and 2 lamps. In the closet you have a full mirror to get a nice selfie.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds 1,05x1,90, also has a bedside table with lamp and a closet with hangers. It also has a drawer.
The second bathroom has a sink, toilet, bidet and tub. It has all the fixtures for your towels and a mirror cabinet.
The house is equipped with sheets, quilts, blankets, towels, dish towels and everything you need to enjoy a great holiday.

very nice and large sea view apartment
We have been very happy with the apartment. It’s much larger than we expected from the description and it has a very nice sea view. There’s a swinging armchair with direct view to the rough sea - I enjoyed it a lot. The kitchen and the 2 bedrooms with a toilet/shower each are nice. It’s all very clean. The area has been quite windy in February but it’s good for doing excursion with your car to the beaches in the south and around the island. The main highway is only 4 minutes away. There’s a nice cafe directly at the sea/beach. There you can sit on the stairs and enjoy the sun. The handover with Lola has been very professional, the communication has been very kind and quickly. I can recommend this apartment very much.

All in all, Lola is not trustworthy landlord. Keep away from this flat!
Lola was late to reply to our communication, she is not capable to run hospitality business. We agreed to meet at 6pm near her house but Lola arrived late. We have been through a terrible first night where Lola could have resolved the issue within few minutes or seconds. When we couldn’t open the door, we kept asking her to come and open the door of your house, Lola was telling us like if we were idiots, saying: turn the keys to the right! I kept saying we can’t open the door, she finally came to try open her house door, she couldn’t open too. Her husband tried opening the door, but he couldn’t too, so he told Lola he can enter the flat from the stairs’ window, this window on the stairs can facilitate access to the property in urgent situation, her husband checked it was opened and told Lola immediately, I can enter through the window and open the door from inside. Lola disagreed and did not let him enter the flat. Then she was telling me: did you leave the window open; I didn’t understand the meaning until late. Lola called her bother in law to come and help opening the door with her husband, they tried hard but they could not open the door. My wife and I were waiting on the street and Lola enjoying a chat with the neighbours, then Her Husband decided in from of me to enter the flat from the stairs window and opened the door within a minute. I was extremely perplexed and upset, why he didn’t open the door at 9pm and we had to wait until 11pm??

Leider zeigen die Bilder im Internet nicht, wie schön dieses Appartment wirklich ist! Eine tolle küche! Fast alles neu! Das Meeresrauschen inklusive! Genügend Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Muchas grazias Lola!!!
