Appt fidèle à l'annonce
Appartement très propre et bien équipé. Sa localisation permet de découvrir facilement la presqu'île de Rhuys. Plage à 400m environ. Premiers commerces à qq kilomètres. Pièce à vivre un peu sombre et terrasse un peu petite mais le tout fait très bien le job.

Les photos ne sont plus conformes. La porte fenêtre d’origine a été remplacée ce qui diminue la luminosité dans l’appartement. La photo de la vue sur mer ne correspond plus à la réalité : un lotissement a été construit depuis.
