Phenomenal Location
Our rental for the week from Joe was a wonderful experience. From the moment we were picked up from the airport by Catherine, to meeting Lorna and speaking with Joe, we had nothing but great experiences. The flat was perfect for our family of six and a perfect location. In the evenings we enjoyed the view from our balcony and the kids enjoyed the pool immensely. The neighbours were kind and wonderful to speak with. The location was excellent in terms of restaurants, grocery shopping and reaching destinations. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are looking forward to returning in the near future to Joe’s flat. Thank you so much Joe!

Every aspect of this rental experience was absolutely perfect. We are seasoned travellers and this apartment was undoubtedly the most well-represented place we have ever stayed in. Joe was quick to respond to us from pre through to post-booking. Lorna greeted us warmly and had prepared a lovely food package to start our vacation, which was most appreciated. The taxi services they booked for us were on time, professional and luxurious. The apartment was exactly as detailed. Beautifully appointed, very well outfitted, modern kitchen with all the conveniences of “home”. The place was spotless, with plenty of fresh towels, very comfortable beds and a huge amount of closet space in each bedroom. Internet was easily accessible. A detailed manual has been prepared for guests that is most helpful, with tips on local restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The location is safe and very pretty, with a walkable rugged coastline directly in front and a beach area within a few moments walk. We reviewed our experience overall as 5 stars simply because we couldn’t put more!!!

Notre séjour à Malte ( 6 adultes ne parlant pas anglais ) a été grandement facilité par les bons conseils de Jo le propriétaire de ce très bel appartement où rien ne manque :la superbe vue depuis les balcons ,de grands espaces de vie ,une cuisine super équipée et la très agréable piscine. Depuis le temps que nous voyageons, je n'ai jamais rencontré un propriétaire aussi disponible que Jo; de notre arrivée à l'aéroport jusqu'à notre départ Jo a tout organisé; bravo et encore un grand merci .

During the construction phase, I had the opportunity to collaborate with the Complex Architects, Management, and the on-site building manager. This allowed me to make several customizations, albeit at additional costs, to tailor the apartment to my lifestyle.

Phase One of the complex was completed in 2007. My work at the time, required extensive travel and living abroad, so for a decade, the apartment served primarily as a vacation home. However, in 2017, I made the decision to market the apartment as a short-term vacation rental, offering families the opportunity to enjoy its magnificent views, peace, and comfort. I opted for short-term rentals because I still like on a regular basis to spend time in the apartment, oversee any maintenance, and most importantly, create cherished memories with my son, his family and play with my grandchildren in the pool.
