About this property

Former Renovated Farm Chalet 180m² classified ** in the heart of the Portes du Soleil

Old farmhouse renovated in chalet style, 180 m², simple and warm consisting of large rooms.

Furnished classified **

We accept animals,
we provide baby accessories such as a cot and high chair.

For the summer, a garden furniture is at your disposal.
For winter, you have firewood, to create a warm atmosphere around the fireplace.

On the ground floor you will find: an equipped kitchen, a dining room + living room with fireplace, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and bath, washing machine, and separate WC

The first floor is composed of: 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and separate WC

Direct parking in front of the farm and full foot access.

You will have a large adjoining field to offer you a large leisure area (sledge, snowman, bicycle in summer ...)

In summer:
In front of the farm a path will take you in 15 or 20 minutes on foot to the heart of the village along the banks of the river. You can also go cycling in peace.
You are 5 minutes from a bus stop which will take you to the other villages of the valley in order to make visits, see the heritage, tasting, walk in the forest, mountain, tree climbing ... as well as mountain biking on the station from Châtel; and of course many other things to discover! By taking the road and within a maximum of 30 minutes, you will find beach, lake, freshwater activity, cinema, bowling, thrilling activities (fantasticable, bob luge ...) ...

In winter :
Adept of cross-country skiing you will only have to put your ski on in front of the farm to be on the Nordic track.
For alpine skiing, a bus stop is a 5 min walk, to reach the family resort of abundance or the other stations of the Portes du Soleil area (650 km of slopes on 12 stations (Châtel, Avoriaz, Les Crozets in Swiss...).
You can also enjoy ice skating on a frozen lake when conditions allow or on synthetic terrain and also discover new sliding activities such as snake sliding, sledding, ...

standard:
750 euros per week for the full chalet for 10 people (from mid-March to mid-December)
Possibility of overnight stays, minimum 2 nights

full season:
1470 euros (Christmas, New Year, February / March) per week for the complete chalet for 10 people (1 week compulsory, no overnight stays possible, rental from Saturday to Saturday)

inter-season:
970 euros (January) per week for the full chalet for 10 people
Possibility of overnight stays, minimum 2 nights

Wi-fi available as an option for 20 €, payable on the day of arrival

Local tourist tax of € 0.60 per adult to be paid on site upon arrival.

80 euros cleaning option payable on the day of your arrival.

Possibility of weekends or short stays outside school holidays.

The Multi Pass Portes du Soleil is the card to enjoy lots of unlimited activities in 12 village resorts, for only € 2 per day of stay during the summer period.

Ruime en schone verbouwde boerderij.
Heerlijk groot huis. Met veel ruimte eromheen. 5 min rijden naar de bakker. Ski pistes met de auto 10 of 20 min. De keuken is goed uitgerust. Handdoeken en lakens moet jezelf mee nemen. Geen dekbedden aanwezig. Verder is er alles. Openhaard met hout. Kinderbedjes en kinderstoel aanwezig. Genoeg warm water voor iedereen. Open verbinding van de keuken naar de zitkamer. Wij hebben het heerlijk gehad met 6 volwassenen en 2 kinderen onder de twee. Wij bevelen deze boerderij van harte aan.

Très bonne expérience
Sur un week end de 4 jours entre amis afin de fêter un anniversaire, nous étions 9, le logement est très grand et très bien agencé, les lits sont très confortables et rien ne manque afin de poser un excellent séjour. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et prévenants. Rien à dire de négatif.

chalet spacieux avec tout l équipement pour passer un bon séjour. de grandes pièces . très bien situé . entouré de montagne -au bord d une rivière . possibilité de rejoindre abondance et la chapelle par la rivière . très jolie balade . très bel accueil de Mr et Mme Favre-rochex . très disponible. je recommande fortement ce chalet .
