The oceanfront bedroom has a king bed and a TV. The hall bath has a tub and shower combination. The guest suite has a small walk-in shower and a queen and twin bed. When staying at Pacific Sands Resort #16, you'll have access to miles of sandy beaches from the property and be able to explore the ancient tree stumps when the tide permits. It's a quick and easy drive into Pacific City, north of Neskowin, or you can drive south to Lincoln City where you'll find more shopping and area attractions. A washer and dryer are not available at this condo, but feel free to use the local laundry mat located at the Neskowin Store if the need arises. Parking is available for up to one vehicle at this home. Please note that boats, trailers, and RVs are unfortunately not permitted. This home is not pet friendly so please leave your pets at home, or make other arrangements for them. *The wood fireplace is available for guest use- just be sure to bring your own firewood or presto-type logs. It is also important to note that during winter storms, the oceanfront windows and patio door may be partially to fully boarded up to prevent damage from possible sneaker waves. All Pacific Sands units are non-smoking and that includes balconies.
ADDRESS: 48250 Breakers Blvd Unit #16, Neskowin, Oregon 97149 DRIVING DIRECTIONS: Hwy 101 to Neskowin. Turn WEST onto HAWK. Follow the curve around and drive over the small bridge, driving straight WEST. Go to the stop sign and turn RIGHT onto BREAKERS BLVD. Please be sure to drive slowly through this neighborhood, as the road is narrow and there are many children and people walking their dogs. PACIFIC SANDS RESORT CONDOMINIUMS will be located on your LEFT. Unit #16 is located upstairs, at the NORTH end of the oceanfront building. Parking is not assigned. ****PLEASE BE ADVISED: This condo is privately owned and is not cared for by the on-sight manager. Do not contact the on-sight manager for any need. If you experience an issue while at the condo, please contact Oregon Beach Vacations at 1-800-723-2383. There is no daily housekeeping or towel service. A coin-op laundry is located at the Neskowin Store for your personal laundry needs. To avoid a charge for lost towels, you are advised not to remove any towels from the condo. You do NOT need to launder towels upon your departure, as stated in the general confirmation. Please leave all soiled towels on the bathroom floor. Do not hang clothing, blankets, kites or anything else from the railing in front of or in back of your condo. The on-site caretaker will ask you to remove these items and you will be charged a $50 fee. Do not take dishes, cooking ware or anything else from one condo into another. Each condo is privately owned and the items in each condo belong to individual owners. If items are missing from your condo after your stay, you will be charged to replace these items. The garbage dumpster is located near the street heading east inside a fenced area. It is open for guest use 24 hours a day on the property side. The street side is locked.
