Parking is available for up to two vehicles at this home. Please note that boats, trailers, and RVs are unfortunately not permitted. This home is not pet friendly so please leave your pets at home, or make other arrangements for them. A coin operated laundry room is available for guest use. Please do not launder the towels from the unit - they are provided by housekeeping.
From Hwy 101, turn north on Holladay. Proceed to G Street and turn west. Go to Beach St. and turn north. Turn west on E street and then left into condo parking lot. Unit 303 is at north end of building on the third floor. OVERSIZED VEHICLES MUST PARK IN THE LOT ACROSS THE STREET OR ARE SUBJECT TO BEING TOWED. The City of Seaside prohibits and fines people using illegal fireworks and digging fire pits/shelters on the beach. Fireworks of any kind are prohibited at any of our rental properties. ELEVATOR USE: The tip of ANY KEY will operate the elevator. Insert the tip of a key and slightly turn while pressing the button will access the elevator. Laundry code 1492
Laundry room is available for guest use. Machines are coin operated. Please do not launder the towels from the unit as they are provided by house keeping.
