*** Please inquire for mini-week availability. During June-August the Property Strictly Rents from Sunday to Sunday with few exceptions (6/2-6/6 is Available & 6/6-6/9 is Available). The Condo has open availability for dates in April, May, September, October and November. This is a large 1 Bedroom Condominium with Den and extra closet, full eat-in kitchen, large balcony with Ocean Views. The condo has 5 beds.

-1 den with bunk beds and closet
-1 full size pullout sofa
-1 twin sized trundle.
The condo is a stones throw to the sand and has a private entrance and parking space.
This is a Unique Condo on the beach side and on a private road. The space is large, simple and tastefully done with families in mind. The unit is very clean, professionally sterilized weekly and in good working condition.
We provide a clean, fun, safe condo with an amazing location that is perfect for families at a reasonable price.

Quaint and quiet
The condo was very quaint and the location quiet as it was closer to Fenwick. The beach was a short walk. The condo is located close to places to walk to eat. The just was incredible and communicated with me prior to our stay and made sure we arrived safely. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Litte Getaway
Place was perfect for a short trip to the beach! We brought two puppies, kids and grandparents along. Was a little cramped at meal time but we didn't mind. Location is perfect! The beach was less than a block away and an easy drive to get to the Ocean City Boardwalk and Assateague Island.

Nice, clean place. Convienent location with the beach accessible just a few steps away. The host reached out beforehand with extra information about the property and gave recommendations on places to check out. We enjoyed our time here!

A peaceful retreat.

I had a great weekend stay at the condo It was excellent, very clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable, I slept like a new born baby. The location was perfect, only a few steps from the beach. All things considered the fee was a fair price.

Why they chose this property

You can not find a condo closer to the beach for this price. The condo also is located on a small private road with little to no traffic. We work hard to have a reasonable, safe and clean vacation home for families. This is a quiet location that is accessible to everything with a private setting. Front door to sand in less than a minute with 1 large private parking space and available parking for more vehicles in very close proximity.
