About this property

Modern chalet, magnificent view of the Friborg pre-Alps

Located in the heart of Gruyère, 2 minutes walk from the Charmey baths and 5 minutes from the village center, our chalet enjoys an extraordinary location.

You benefit from accommodation or everything is available, since it is our place of life. We praise him during our many absences.

Our main house comprises on the ground floor the entrance and a large bedroom. In this room there is also an exercise bike, an elliptical trainer and a sauna. The bathroom is attached, with Italian shower and WC.
Upstairs, the large kitchen-dining room, a second bedroom and a bathroom / WC / shower.
Large bay windows open out onto a spacious balcony facing south west and onto a terrace at the rear, facing south east.

The view of the mountains is magnificent, and you find everything you need in the village of Charmey.

Schönes privat eingerichtetes Chalet
Sehr persönlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Im Kühlschrank und in den Kästen wurden aber Platz für die Gäste freigehalten. Schöne Aussicht, in Fussdistanz zum Dorf. Sanitäre Installationen einwandfrei. Moderne Küche. Sauber. Nette Übergabe durch Dame vor Ort.

Magnifique chalet idéalement situé
Pour une famille de quatre comme nous, nous avions beaucoup d'espace, dans toutes les pièces. La cuisine dispose de tous les ustensiles possibles et imaginables. La terrasse est très sympa et offre une superbe vue. Par contre, en fin de journée ensoleillée, la chaleur s'accumule un peu trop dans les pièces de vie. Sinon, géographiquement, on était très bien placés pour les randos et diverses visites environnentes. Deux boulangeries, une belle fromagerie, et deux supermarchés (petit et grand) à quelques minutes à pied seulement. En plus, pas mal de jeux sont disponibles sur place pour les enfants. Enfin, en cas de question, la propriétaire répond toujours très rapidement, et nous avons apprécié ses conseils. Bref, nous recemmandons vivement!

Perfect huis in prachtige omgeving
Het huis is erg groot, en mooi ingericht. Rond het huis kan je op elke moment van de dag van de zon genieten. Vanuit het huis zelf kijk je van alle kanten op de bergen. De omgeving vinden wij fantastisch.

Location tout confort dans une région magnifique
Une semaine de Noël vert passée dans ce chalet très bien aménagé et où l'on ne manque de rien. Emplacement idéal, suffisamment proche du centre pour accéder aux commerces, mais aussi à tous les sentiers de randonnées que propose la station de Charmey. Anne, la propriétaire, est une personne fort sympathique, attentive et avec qui nous avons pu traiter dans le climat de confiance qu'elle sait si bien créer. On vient ici une première fois puis, au moment de partir, on ressent très fort une seule envie, revenir au plus vite ! Merci de nous avoir permis de vivre ce moment merveilleux chez vous Anne et, oui, à très bientôt.
