1870 4-family Victorian Home on Coggeshall Avenue, convenient walking to the Newport Mansions, Bailey's Beach. This is a very large 2-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor. The apartment features a queen-size bed, and a king-size bed.

The unit is fully furnished, with a newly renovated eat-in-kitchen, living room, and full bathroom.

The property has off-street parking, and laundry in the basement for residents.

There is a beautifully maintained yard with lawn furniture and a grill for residents.

This is a choice property. Now renting July and August for 2016.
