It is a very very spacious and bright apartment, with incredible views from the 14th floor, overlooking the entire beach of San Juan, from El Campello to the end of Huertas and in the background Benidorm.
It has a fantastic distribution, kitchen-dining room with sea views, living room with sea views as well as the terrace and the bedroom suite.
From the terrace you can see the entire urbanization of the building called Torre Belén, it consists of an adult pool, children's pool, jacuzzi, tennis court and playground.
And all the restaurants in front of the urbanization and in front of the beach, pizzerias, ice cream parlors and Mediterranean food

LA ENCARGADA DE LA ENTREGA DE LLAVES ES UNA PERSONA MUY AMABLE. SI EL PRÓXIMO AÑO SE DA LA CIRCUNSTANCIA QUE NECESITE UN APARTAMENTO CON TRES DORMITORIOS , NO DUDARÉ EN ALQUILAR ESTE DE NUEVO. Vacaciones para olvidar
Entro en la vda el dia 23 de Julio por la tarde y la persona encargada de la vda nos informa que no funciona el horno (tres dias despues nos dice que era un error y que el horno si funciona) y vemos ese primer dia junto con la encargada que tampoco funciona la placa grande de la vitroceramica de dos que tiene (no se arreglo durante la estancia de siete dias). El segundo dia al mediodia cuando se estaban duchando dos menores que habian subido unos minutos antes que nosotros de la playa , en la caldera de gas empiezan a salir llamas de fuego desde su interior y gracias a Dios que llegamos en ese momento y pudimos cortar el gas y evitar una desgracia irreparable ya que unicamente se produjeron daños por humo en el cocina (hasta el dia siguiente no se reparo, no pudiendo ni ducharnos ni cocinar con los fogones de gas en ese periodo) con lo que ya estabamos preocupados y cada vez que funcionaba la caldera estaba una persona pendiente por si habia un problema con la misma. El tercer dia vamos a poner una lavadora y al abrir la puerta nos quedamos con la manilla en la mano, observando que habia sido pegada con loctite o algo similar (no se reparo durante la estancia y por supuesto no se pudo hacer uso de la lavadora en los siete dias y ademas se nos culpabilzo de la rotura de la manilla ). Ademas de todo lo mencionado decir que una de las puertas de la terraza con el salon estaba descuajaringada por lo que no se podia cerrar, si utilizabas los estores de las vantanas se descolgaban de los anclajes, los platos de ducha atascados y al ducharse de desbordaban, del grifo del lavabo de uno de los baños salia un hilo de agua que no permitia lavarse normalmente y por ultimo decir que la limpieza del apartamento deja mucho que desear (cristales que parecen que no se han limpiado en años, escrementos de pajaros o algun otro animal debajo de la cama de una de las habitaciones). Lo mas indignate es que el propietario tras conversacion telefonica quita importancia a todo ello y lo considera algo normal que puede ocurrir sin asumir responsabilidad alguna, lo cual me parece indignate ya que no entiende que una familia ahorra durante un año para pasar unos dias de vacaciones de una forma agradable porque para ello ha pagado. En fin como dice el titulo, unas vacaciones para olvidar
