Relax and enjoy this private and newly renovated home, single story, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms that will sleep six for true hospitality. Horsepen creek, with its tidal marshes, is your view from the screened in porch and living area. This home’s outdoor features include its own private yard, party area under the house, pool, outdoor shower, and half bathroom. The historic Tybee lighthouse and Museum and access to the north beach is six blocks away (5 minutes) and accessed by low traffic cross streets. The scenic Jaycee Park is a few doors down which is 8.5 acres and offers playground facilities, walking paths, ball field, basketball courts, and public restrooms.

The home offers an open floorplan living area with flat screen TV, comfortable seating, along with a dining table that can seat up to 8. The nicely updated kitchen has a breakfast bar seating 2, all stainless appliances including a dishwasher, and the home also has a washer and dryer. There is a full bath along with 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other one with a bunk bed (1 full and 2 twin size beds). The master bedroom offers an on suite master bath with his and her sinks, Jacuzzi tub, and separate walk-in shower. Additionally the master bedroom has a nice balcony and a flat screen TV.

Off the living area, there is a large screened in porch on the back of the home and a patio area around the pool and under the home with a sitting area, outdoor bar, charcoal grill, picnic table, outdoor shower and half bath. Great for cookouts while enjoying the pool! The home includes WIFI/Wireless Internet Access for guest use. Parking is available for 3 vehicles or 2 and a boat trailer. (Fireplace is decorative only, not available for guest use.)
